Adopted two fur babies from here. Was pleasantly surprised to find that they contact your vet to ensure other pets are always cared for. I really like that.

Clinton Animal Shelter is operated by volunteers which formed and adopted the name of C.A.R.E.Our volunteers and staff operate the daily operations of Clinton Animal Shelter, which is located at 1307 North Washington Street, Clinton, Missouri 64735. C.A.R.E. volunteers began organizing in October of 2007, to begin discussions about improving conditions at the animal shelter and possible control of shelter operations. The operation of the shelter with C.A.R.E. volunteers began December 4, 2007, with the cooperation of the City of Clinton until March 1st, 2008, when complete charge was given to the organization through a lease contract.
