I've had my new phone for a couple months now and couldn't be happier. Austin went above and beyond to ensure I understood all my options, features and pricing. I was so impressed with his attitude. He was friendly, funny, patient and an overall joy to work with. Go see Austin!

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Employees should be well versed in the products/phones that they sell. I would also think that loyal, good paying customers would get better deals on products. There's plenty of other companies that offer the same services and products. Better rethink their attitude towards their loyal customers while they still have them. ??I don't use Twitter and the contact information for Facebook when searched says that it doesn't exist. If you want to really talk to me give me a reliable way to contact you! Or is your response just a way to take the heat off?

The attendant is what I want to call the very unprofessional J*** behind the counter who's only sole purpose is to sit there sell phones and collect a paycheck! He wouldn't even make eye contact cricket wireless in Clinton Missouri is only good for signing you up and has no customer service past that. Pure outright arrogance was the attendant's attitude. I wish I could give zero stars!

Continues auto billing months after switched to Metro warrensburg and I complained in person to Clinton Mo branch and they continue to deduct payments owe me at least $180 for at least 3 months unused and ordered closed Also told Metro

My account that I've had for over a year was hacked and stolen from me. Cricket would not return my account to me even though my email and card info was still attacked to the account. I had to pay $70 to open anew account and I still haven't been able to get my son added on cause I am a single mother going to college full time and working and cannot afford it. The team member who tried her hardest to help me is Amanda and she is such a wonderful person and I will forever be grateful for help. Do not go to cricket! I have never had this happen nor have I even heard of something like this happening. Cricket is not secure!
