I’ve banked with hawthorn for 17 years. Bank manager Julie Hilliard had been incredibly helpful through the years. Being personable, relatable, and always striving to go above and beyond for her customers. She has been the one constant that has kept me a happy and returning account holder for all these years.

Went through the drive through and as always the teller was kind, funny, and very personable! Quick and kind is how I would describe the tellers!! Jill Riva was very sweet and funny! I want her to be recognized for her great service.

I went into do a split deposit and to get a Debit card, I previously did not request one when opening the account. First , I had to explain to the teller how to do the split deposit, she must be a new(I hope that's the case ?)teller, was totally confused, looked to the teller next to her for help. The teller next to her was embarrassed that I had to explain that with the cash I was getting back I was putting into another account, really not that difficult....I had 2 deposit slips..one check...pretty cut and dryThe first thing she had asked me was "how do you want your cash back? " I'm like I don't! I'm depositing it into another account, OMG! THEN..it took about 35 minutes to get the debit card..ok, just saying...

The worst customer service of a bank ever They have made several mistakes on our accounts and when you think it is going good another mistake is made they cant keep my parents accounts straight I called and Miss Cynthia Glascock for help today I sent her the picture of my account of the mistake she claimed my parents should of taken their names off each others accounts said we didn't want to take the time to do so and said every mistake that was made was all our fault they never made any mistakes she went onto tell me that she would justclose our accounts out what a awful manager our family has banked their since it was Union State Bank back to the1960

terrible customer service. tellers are rude and snarky at first and when you get aggravated and express your concerns and eventually get pissed and tell them that its unacceptable they take it upon themselves to the make it difficult for you to access and use your account and its features and puts hold on everything. if you actually want your money please go else where. some of the tellers are a complete delight others should definitely be under review or go back for training
