RIP OFF- don’t go here if you don’t have to. My 7 year old daughter and I went here before vacation, wanted pedicures, didn’t even get to put our feet in the water! Yes, I made an appointment at 4, plenty of time before they closed! All they did was paint her toes and fingers and charged me over 100$ for that! They make up their prices and it was trash service.

Wanted gel fill just using pink! You can tell the difference. They used acrylic and not gel
and you can tell the difference from the pinks. They painted my nails pink.

I’ve used Hot Nails numerous times over the years and haven’t had an issue, until recently. My sister in-law and I went for a manicure on our day off. The man didn’t communicate with us well and seemed as if he were out of place. The customer service was poor and the salon seemed a bit dirty. We both got gel manicures on Friday. It is now Monday and our polish is already peeling up at the corners and chipping. This has been one of the worse manicures I’ve had in a long time.

This place I’ve heard has had mixed reviews. Be honest with them if something isn’t to your liking let them know. I was very impressed I needed a full set and a pedicure in less than a hour and a half. The lady’s son did my feet excellent job. The lady did my hands in 35 min. It’s been over a week and still getting compliments. The price was ok. I was impressed with the time. So I paid it. It’s a small town word gets around. That they are rough on hands nails fall off. And so on talk to the owner she is wonderful and her son is a very good kid for helping his mom. I’m not from Clinton just visiting. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Be honest it’s the best thing.

Should have known when i seen the sign Cash only to run. Nail shop furniture and nail tables need to be updated. 73.00 for french dip powder. I left the nail shop and had to go back within 5 minutes when I realized top of my nails were are bumpy not smooth. She file the nail top surface of the nails and the put a gel top coat on. Now within a week an half gel top is flaking off. Do not have your nails done here and the smile line was also Awful just ,awful. For 73.oo it should have been the best. I will never go back.

The people themselves were nice and what not but my friends and I went to get acrilics but when she was doing the base it was very uneven and not filled properly and the nail polish designs were completely unprofessional and she didn't do what I showed her (if I were able to put pics I would) and it was overpriced in our opinions for how they look.

I am SO impressed! I made an appointment with Tren for a pedicure and I cannot even tell you how Great this was! Tren went above and beyond to help me get my tired feet back on track! We have been selling our home in KC...and bought a beautiful home here in Clinton MO, my feet were VERY neglected through this home selling and home buying our new home... Tren.. I can't thank her enough for All she did!!
I'll definitely be back to HOT NAILS. 🙌💯

ETA: pictures 24 hrs after appointment. i went somewhere else for polish application afterwards but this is what my cuticles look like. they have been hurting since i left hot nails😭😭😭😭
AWFUL. i ended up having my polish removed at the end because i refused to pay their BS prices and still paid $33 just for my previous gel polish removal and a basic manicure. my previous salon in springfield, mo charges $35 for a gel manicure with polish and they actually do a good job. 😂 i wish i would have taken a pic before the polish removal bc all the edges of my nails were roughhhh. the lady was not even flipping the brush back and forth. she just slapped the paint filled brush on my nail each time. they also caused FOUR of my fingers to bleed at the cuticles because they did not use small enough dremel attachments for my cuticles. at one point the lady was filing the side of my finger, not making contact with my nails at all. 2 tears rolled down my cheek during this appointment because i was so embarrassed by the state of my nails. ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. IM BEGGING YOU, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

Afwul experience. $68 for gel polish hand and toe application. YOU READ THAT RIGHT. No design, short nails, no manicure or pedicure. My toes chipped that day so I returned the next day ylto have them fixed. They were fixed but chipped again a few days later. When I reached out for a refund I was told to come back again. No thank you, my time is precious. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I love the detail and attention they give in doing your finger and toe nails. I love getting pampered here. The girls are absolutely amazing, caring ?
