They were more concerned with me getting my taxes then I was they were sweetly persistent, but not overbearing. You and everyone you know should always use the best most effective way to file your taxes, H&R Block, baby.

Fast friendly and accurate. I believe a bit pricey $240 for 1 w2 form but $40 is for deferred payment.

They said I owed thousands and then asked if I wanted it auto filed. I said no. They auto filed and then I had to have a different company file an amended form and they saved me over $6000. I then filed a complaint and never heard anything from it. So not impressed.

I went to the H\\u0026R Block in Clinton with a friend who had lost his emerald card. The woman he spoke to first said he needed to call the IRS to see if there was money on the card. If they hadn’t sent the money to the card there was nothing she could do. He had paid $380 last year to have his taxes done. Before he had a chance to spend any of the money he lost the card. She gave my friend a phone number to call. I helped him call and turns out it’s a number for the office to call for assistance. When I went in a gentleman was at the desk. He had another 800 number. Back to the car. Tried that number. You had to have the number to the card. Several tries and we actually spoke to a human located in the Philippines. He looked my friend’s card up and said he could send a new card. No problem. I explained that we were at the store in Clinton could they do what he just did. He said sure they can. I suggested that he might tell them that and would he if I took the phone inside. He said he’d be happy to but he could only stay on the line for 10 minutes. We went back inside and no one was in the lobby. Our 10 minute window passed and no one appeared. This was terrible customer service. I personally would never trust this office with my finances if this is how their follow up services are.

I have been a client for over seven years! The group they have now are very rude and disrespectful! I will go to someone else next year. I do not recommend!
