I drive over an hour to see my nail tech here. Best nails I've ever had. Last along time, very polite and respectful employees and owners. Forever my go to nail place!

They did really well and only took an hour for my nails and toes I paid 105 all together for medi and pedi it was a great experience they do a wonderful job and there super sweet and great with kids too !!! Highly recommended

The worst customer service ive ever received i asked him for a specific color and style and instead of doing what i asked he slapped plain acrylic on them and said they look natural and argued with me for 20 min and instead of fixing them said i dont want to charge you more implying i couldnt paid for them will not be going back go to hot nails instead at least they wont argue about what you want

2 recent sets, both the wife and husband do an amazing job, they last well over 3 weeks and have never broke, chipped, etc and done in 30 MINUTES! amazing!

i’ve been going to love nails for about… 4 months maybe? not sure. i can tell you, me personally, i have never ever delt with any rudeness from the staff. they remember who i am and ask questions. they always ask me, during my service, if i like how it looks, the shape, and so on. i love them!

Increasing prices, without additional services. Pedicure is more of an express service, lasting 20-30 minutes with minimal massage.

Walked in at 4:30 for the appointment and was done by 4:50. Guy barley scrubbed my feet, skipped many pedicure steps - no filing. No pushing back the cuticle. I could've just painted my own toenails, I wanted the full pedicure and was left disspointed..

I really enjoy the work that comes from this team. Each Tech I've had interaction with has been super kind, they listen to what I want, they create beautiful nails for me every time! Growing my natural nails for length is always the goal and they make sure they take care of my natural nails each session!

I absolutely do NOT recommend love nail. The guy has zero business working with his wife there. He is rude, disrespectful, rough grabbing and moving your hands, easily annoyed and just all around no good at doing nails. He made what should've been a fun girls day, disappointing. One of the girls has already scheduled a new nail apt. Elsewhere for tomorrow to get them fixed and redone. They got $300 from us and fooled us once but never ever ever again
