“My husband and I, were at this store not too long ago to get my husband a new phone. August was amazing. Very patient and knowledgeable. We got a phone, but didn’t have quite enough to get accessories, so we had to come back a second time to pick those up. August had the accessories set aside and remembered us when we went back. He was efficient and thorough when explaining things. We really appreciated the service.
I picked up a phone for myself a few months previous and had a girl help us. She was really helpful as well. Wish I remembered her name, but the service here in my experience has been VERY good.”
“All I can say is the man working there at closing on 3/28/25 was awesome. We weren't actually customers but were travelling through and had a flat. Pulled into the parking lot and he came out to help us. Tire was shot, no spare and being we were 2 women, he didn't want to leave us until he knew we had someone coming. Such a nice, pleasant young man.”
“I just want to give a shout out to Amy, Jacob and Phillip!!! I think they deserve a raise.... they are so amazing!!! I was literally in tears for days because my phone screen blacked out and I lost all my pictures and video's..... some how today Phillip was able to transfer my video's and pictures when it was impossible task that they tried everything until by the goodness of everything he did it he saved my pictures from our 13 year old birthday!!!! I can never thank them enough for doing that and getting back something I'll never be able to replace. You deserve so much more but this is what i can do. Thank you ALL SO SO SOOO MUCH for your hard work and dedication to tmobile and thier customers.”
“Quinn was an exemplary representative for the company. We were switching over to Verizon from Cricket mainly because i needed a new phone. We ended up getting 3 of the newest iPhones for free as long as we signed up for the plans provided. It is $25 more a month than cricket but in the end it’s worth it. Cricket has no promotions for new phone upgrades for its current customers. So this made the transition even easier. I had some follow up questions weeks after our initial purchase and I was in and out with Quin (he was on shift the second time I went in) and everything was answered to our satisfaction.”
