“We are 17 year verizon customers who were very close to leaving after a horrible holiday experience with Verizon corporate. After spending 2 grueling hours on two separate days starting on the 1st and being promised repeatedly my phone would be overnighted everyday I canceled my order and went into the store. Thank God, Melissa was there! After she was on the phone with corporate for 2 MORE hours we walked out of there with the phone. She was so calm and helpful and knew exactly what to say and to whom.
