We took our girls here to get their ears pierced and Bon Bon was absolutely AMAZING with them!! She made them feel so special while they were getting their ears pierced!! The whole atmosphere of the tattoo shop was amazing!! We are incredibly impressed with Bon Bon and how professional she was with all of our kids and how well she pierced our girls ears!!

Had a couple of good experiences here and tried to go back recently. I asked if I could make an appt even though they had a flash sale happening the same weekend. They said yes, scheduled me for noon, and responded to all emails like that was the plan. I explained I had a friend from 2 states away and didn't have time for day long lines and they said it was ok they'd get us in at noon. When we showed up, they wanted us to take a spot on the page long list and get in line. Did not seem like they really wanted to keep their word so we left. Blessing in disguise cuz the shop we ended up at was the best experience I've ever had. So thanks for standing me up. You wasted a bunch of my time but thankfully the shop we went to did it faster and better than this one could or would have. And the "flash sale" price would have been more than what we ended up paying at a more professional establishment. Again, thanks for turning me away so I could find a better shop.

We had a great experience here. My gf and I both got piercings. The shop was busy but we got the care and attention we needed. Everything was neat and clean. The piercer (I can’t remember her name) made us feel comfortable by explaining the process. She joked and laughed with us but still maintained professionalism. This was overall a wonderful experience.

Place is honestly a joke. Let's have a flash sale which means no appointments. It is first come first serve not let people who didn't get done the day before come whenever they please. Then cut the people who have already been there waiting for hours. Only two artist as well. I will not be coming back to this place ever give it a year and they will no longer be in business. I would give them a zero star review to be honest but have to choose one.
