Person behind the counter said we would need to make an appointment to start an account. Then she went to a woman in her office, that woman wanted the woman at the drive through window to take care of us. The woman at the window then said it would take her a few minutes to get things together [she seemed to be in training by the woman at the counter]. She was trying to take care of the drive through patron, who was trying to cash a check, but the counter woman said she would take care of her. The drive through new employee went to an office, computer wouldn’t work, so the woman in the other office speaks up and says just come in here. I wasn’t sure who she was talking to, so I went to her door and asked if she was talking to us. She said yes. She didn’t get out of her chair behind her desk to welcome us or ask us to come in. We walked in and were asked several questions that no other bank has asked before. We started an account. After we got out to our vehicle to leave, my husband and I looked at each other and said that they almost lost our business. Employees need to be trained in courtesy. Especially if you want happy customers. We shall see if the attitude stays the same as to whether we continue to bank here.

Great service and super friendly staff. They are always super nice and understanding with me. I would recommend the Clinton Missouri branch to anyone....thank you to all of the ladies at this branch for making my experiences exceptional.

Worst bank ever have come across in my life due to the management in Clinton Mo. Other places in kcmo are so much better mannered and etc. no point of talking with the GM either cause she’s the main part of it as well and numerous of people have tried

I drive about 35 minutes to go to this US Bank branch. They know me by name and have never been anything but professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend not only this branch, but US Bank as a whole.
