I needed to do a return sat at the register for over an hr waiting for the other lady to help lady checking me out and then get threw the return process and put my card in cuz they didn't t have enough in register to give me cash back then it won't let her do that for some odd reason. so she wants me to come back tomorrow and do it all over again. Its a huge hassle never should it be this dang hard to do a simple return for real.

If you shop at this store you need to review your receipt to make sure they didn't over charge on sale items. This has happened 3 times to me
Now they don't want to exchange a product or return it and credit your credit card. I called Corp. Office and they turned it back to the store to handle.

I want to leave a huge appreciation post for the pharmacy. My 6 month old had his ear drum hurst in the Evening and I left the doctor with only minutes left to get to the pharmacy. I called to ask if I could still possibly get it and the staff and pharmacist Renee not only did everything over the phone to make it as smooth as possible they offered to wait until I could make it so he could start his meds that night. For a mom doing it on my own with 3 little ones and my husband deployed it was amazing to not have to worry or add anything more to my plate. I am forever grateful for the staff for helping me and my youngest

When I received my shoes 6 weeks later, they were the wrong size. When I asked for the replacement, they suggested I gift them to a friend and they would give me 20% off my next order. When I said I would like a replacement, like anyone would, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLY!! Do not purchase if you have any need to return them. I just threw $40 in the trash!!!

Typical Walgreens. I'd typically only use them for the pharmacy unless you are shopping with coupons or their specials, otherwise everything is very overpriced compared to other stores or any online retailer.
