We were on our way home to Kansas from our vacation when our SUV broke down in Nevada Missouri. Our insurance company called C&H towing and dispatched a driver for us. Ricky called to let us know he was on his way and confirmed the location. Once he arrived, he was extremely kind to our situation and very professional. He took extra time to make sure our vehicle was properly secured before towing. EXCELLENT customer service, highly recommend your towing company, especially Ricky. It's rare to find this level of service in today's world. Please give this young man a pat on the back and a raise, he deserves it for a job well done!

Big shout out to C&H who helped with a truck tire change today on the side of Route 13.
The attendant was very helpful even though he had to go back to the shop for special tools.

Our daughter blew a tire on the highway while on her way back from vacation. She was too far from us and too far from home to get help easily. Instead of using our insurance roadside assistance, which always takes too long, I called this company who promised to send someone out ASAP. They were incredibly helpful and made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier to handle.
When they didn’t have anyone immediately available, the owner himself came out to assist her. How awesome is that? He was so friendly and kind, making her first experience being broken down far better than it could have been.
Thank you so much for taking such great care of our daughter!

Had a flat on our RV at pomme de terre. Owner came quickly, gave great service and taught us a few things. Very courteous, friendly and helpful.

Kate was awesome, my older Truck had not had the spare down and probably over 10 or 12 years, I was ready to give up, but Kate wouldn’t quit, she kept working at it till we finally got it down, it was a Saturday and no tire stores were open, thought I’d be spending the night in a small town in Missouri, but Kate made it happen

They was there very fast and was so generous and nice and helped my daughter.

I locked my keys in the car and they came to my house, in Bolivar, and got my door unlocked with no problems. I wish I could remember the ladies name that helped me but she was great. I would recommend her and this company to everyone. Thank you for your help.

My father in law’s 56 Mercury broke down on the way home from Route 66 car show in Springfield. The driver who came to get the car was very careful to load it without scratching the pipes. He worked hard to make sure it was treated with care. All that while dodging cars on the highway that didn’t get over. Rick was great!
