It's crazy that this store exists. Theres almost no cell phones to see in store. They don't have much inventory at all of phones in stock. The employees don't know what they're talking about. (I have att next up anytime and can trade my phone in via the app/online for FREE besides the sales tax on the new phone, in store they tell me I have to pay $150 to pay off my phone before I can trade it in even though I'm on the next up anytime plan) I just did the deal online and they were in fact wrong like I tried to suggest to them. They also told me I would have to give them my current phone that I'm trading in and I would have no chance to get it back if I didn't like my new phone. Even though 8 months ago I did this same att next up anytime trade in deal and I was allowed to keep my old phone for 30 days in case I didn't like my new phone. Once again I do the deal online and I have 30 days to trade in my old phone. Glad I didn't stick around and do a deal with them in store.

Angelica, csr at rangeline location, was extremely polite, very outgoing, and very patient. i'm not an iphone fan and she took the time to explain the necessary info needed to start operating my iphone properly. i would recommend her help to anyone anywhere. she's fantastic!

Jason is why I stay with AT&T.
He has helped me with multiple billing issues, phone problems, and even helped my parents transfer to my account seamlessly and stress-free.
My parents go to him as well for his help, advice, and when they have questions.
Jason always goes above and beyond. He is kind, professional, and never makes you feel like a number. He listens, explains everything clearly, and generally wants to help!
If more people were like Jason, Customer Service wouldn’t be a headache. It would be a reason to stay loyal to a company. He is the best!

If you are needing ANYTHING, Ayanna is your girl!! Her custom service is second to none!! She is the only representative I will deal with. AT&T give this girl a raise and don’t lose her!!
