My mother went to this location bc she was having issues with her phone. She has a flip button phone. They told her they did not have that type of phone at their location to go get a At&T phone from Walmart. They had her account pulled up & could see she has insurance on her phone. Why did they not help her fill a claim? Poor service!!!!

Representative that helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. The manager that was working assisted and did a great job and while waiting also helped two more customers. Would have given the additional star, but didn't have the phone I wanted in stocks.

I highly recommend this store. They did way more for me today to rectify an issue with my account than what the corporate store would do. Jason, the store manager went above and beyond. I greatly appreciate it. Take your business to Jason. He’ll take care of ya. This is the store next to Jimmy John’s.

I was in and out really quick! Got my phone upgraded and it didn't take as long as I thought it would! Ty was very helpful and explained everything to me as I was sitting there. He did such a great job I'll definitely look forward to having him help me again. Will be going back to the new building on the other end of Missouri blvd
