Frē was such a help! I came in for a new phone cause mine broke and she did all she could to keep it as inexpensive as possible and was just an overall great help. She 100% knew what she was talking about.

We had a great experience with Derrick switching to AT&T and getting three new phones. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and we are all very happy with the products we got and our new phone plan!

I have been a customer of AT&T for many years and have worked with many different technical and sales people at AT&T.
After i had the opportunity to work with two employees of the Columbia, Missouri store
it was beyond my expectations the knowledge snd expertise of these employees at AT&T.
The company should recognize and acknowledge these people. The names are Sara and Christian.
AT&T A+ for that.

Brad P is an awesome sales rep in this store. Fun to work with, patiently answers all my questions and extremely knowledgeable. I was dreading buying a new phone and he made this a great experience!

Wonderful experience at this AT&T. Derrick has helped me a couple times. He always gives great customer service. He got my phone setup and ready to go. Had a great chat while everything was transferring and answered all questions. Exceeds expectations!

My rep did a great job answering all my questions! He was patient and I was very satisfied with his customer service. I was able to retrieve all of my lost information from my old device that was stolen on vacation and was set up with a great deal on my new phone in a short amount of time!

Make sure you ask for Sarah at the Grindstone location in Columbia Mo. She is very thorough, super friendly and patient! Watched her help multiple people of all different ages and she is amazing!

Brayon was excellent. He supported me changing phones with easy setup and when there was a problem with transferring data he worked through it all and my phone is working perfectly.

I purchased (2) iPhone 14’s, a Hotspot and my significant other started DTv streaming. The store set her up on the incorrect plan. We returned and I believe Derick helped us out, excellent services was provided. We were to return the remote and box we received in the mail. I returned to the same store after retrieving it from home, it was unopened.
The remote was mailed to my other in her name. They would not take it back told me to go to the post office and return it. When I mentioned that Martha was sick and could not come. This little man, tried to shut me down while I was explaining where she was. I’ve been with AT & T when they bought out Cingular. First phone was in 1985 I’ve stayed with AT & T. This mister needs fired.

Derrick gave great service helping me set up my new cell plan. I basically sat there and didn’t have to do anything and had a working cell phone in the end. We had a good chat too.

Great overall experience!! Very quick service, reliable & knowledgeable sales representatives. I bought my first cell phone from AT&T in June of 2001 & have been with AT&T since. I have no intention of ever switching plans.
