My wife stopped in to upgrade her phone, informed the young man that I, her husband, was on my way. I had called earlier to verify that they had the phone she wanted but they would not hold the phone. That was fine I understand.
My wife asked if he could check to make sure they still had the phone in stock. The young man refused to go check inventory to see if they had the phone in stock until I arrived. Evidently this was because she wasn't a authorized person on the account. So he waited for me to arrive, making us bot come to the store, sit down scan my drivers license, talk to use about insurance before he would go to check to see if they had the phone.
He returned to tell us they no longer had one in stock but that they could order it. I've already had a long discussion with AT&T on the phone. I didn't want to have it shipped. This was a bad situation made worse.
I feel that AT&T customer service has gone down hill over the last few years. We are 22 year customers and they treat us like we don't have an account.
For those that say it may be policy to not check before the authorzied signer is present, not true. I promptly went to the other corporate AT&T store where they did exactly what my wife had asked the young man to do. Both are corporate stores.
I don't recommend this store anymore.

I don t do many reviews, but after my trip to this AT Tstore i wante to step up and tell folks how good of service they provided for me. Derrick started checking my phone out since it had been shut down for no apparent reason after we had changed our plan.
I troubleshooted for a day and a half, and gave up. Dreading a long wait and sales pitch at a store, but nope, Derrick had my problem fixed in minutes, and was very kind doing it.
In these times we live in, i was overjoyed to have such a good expierence. Thank you much! 5 STARS

I stopped in with my ATT phone for assistance with a Google issue. Since it wasn't an ATT issue, I expected to be brushed off, but that was definitely not the case. Derrick sat down with me, carefully listened to my issue, and then went right to work trying to locate a fix. It didn't take him long to make a few clicks and everything was back to normal. Derrick is an exceptionally patient and capable guy who I very much appreciate. Thank you, Derrick!

Sara is absolutely phenomenal! I recently lost my phone. I brought in an old device that Sara was able to activate and used it to shut down my lost phone. She even showed me how to send a message to my lost phone asking the finder where to return it. A couple days later my lost phone was returned. Thank you Sara!!!!

My sim card failed and store employee wouldn't even talk to me because I wasn't an authorized user. He falsely claimed that the only way he could help was if my wife was physically at store.
The store on Trimble road diagnosed the bad sim card in less than 2 minutes.
The store on Worley swaped my sim card after my wife authorized me online.
This store wasted my time. Employee was rude. Thanks for the experience Att on Grindstone.
