The representative at the store, Derek on Grindstone in Columbia, forgot to set up my new iPhone 14 max Pro with it correct E Sim and I was not able to use my phone or clock into my work since my work app is on my phone and then I called customer service and they said that they could not help me. They didn't know what I was talking about. They said that I had to go back to the store. I then called the store and they told me that they couldn't do anything, but to wait and ask the manager they never came back to the phone.I then I called again to the store after 17 minutes of being on hold and finally Derek picked up and I told him what had happened and he helped me go to the correct settings and I was able to finally fix it with his help four hours later I was able to use my phone

I purchased a watch for my son. AT&T had a promotion with buy one get one half off. I asked the salesperson if my husband wanted to upgrade his watch could I return the next day to take advantage of this special. I was told that this would be fine by 2 different salespeople. When I returned tonight I was told that it had to be at the same time.

Had a great experience working with Sara at this AT&T location. Went in to upgrade my iPhone and update my name on my caller ID. It always take a while to get a new phone and transfer all of the data... but Sara was very helpful and made us feel like we were taken care of throughout the whole process.

This is the absolute worst AT&T store to do business at. I purchased a phone and phone case from them less than 6 months ago and had to make a claim on the case because it had broke. When I went to make the claim through the manufacturer they needed a receipt which was fine if that store would’ve rung up the right case. I went back to the AT&T store and they insisted even though they know it’s their mistake they can’t give me a new one. And was told we are just sorry for your inconvenience by the manager that acknowledged the mistake. Again the worse store and management I’ve ever dealt with.

Called store 9:00 am and wanted help on understanding price info I received in an email from at&t on phones we ordered. Was told that the supervisor Chris was busy, he would call me back. After 3 hours called again and this time she scheduled a 2:30 pm call. Didn’t receive call, called back and Chris wasn’t in the office. Very inconsiderate!
