“Great customer service was greeted as soon as i came in and needing a new key fob battery! I was in and out quickly! The guys were nice store is clean….They have a one year warranty on their batteries which is awesome! I came on a Friday and got a really good deal and left with a nice coupon i can use in the future! Will definitely return for any future battery needs!!!”

“Hunter at O’Reilly was so helpful. I am not good with anything related to cars including a simple head light bulb replacement. When I called in Hunter told me they had what I needed… when I arrived he helped me find the part. I asked him if I would need tools to replace the bulb and he said “let’s see”… I think he could tell I needed some help and since it was dark outside he helped me install my new light in no time. “I've been using this store for years, and have always had fantastic service.This evening, I discovered I had a headlight bulb out, so I started looking on the WalMart webpage, assuming O'Reilly would be closed early on a Sunday night. I figured it couldn't hurt to check, and they were open! I drove there, and within 5 minutes, a replacement pair of bulbs was on the counter and paid for. What I didn't expect was that they installed them for me! So, in 15 minutes, I drove away with new (and improved) headlights! A very positive experience.”
“I went to this O’Reillys after being told my top brake light was out. Dean told me he’d take a look at it, and even used bulbs I purchased outside of the store. It ended up being kind of complicated, but he took the time to search online how to fix it, made sure it worked, helped me find the extra bulbs I needed, and fixed my light.
