your new geek squad scheduling process sucks! You used to be able to schedule your appointments in the store. but now you call a number. We first got someone in the Phillipines, who tried to schedule a date on Feb 22nd but somehow was unable to, she transferred us to a call center in India, they transferred us to a call center in Guatemala!!!! Been on the phone for 35 minutes, still NO appointment. Way to go Best Buy. Our membership may not be worth it at renewal time.

Asked sales man what do u have in stock. So I picked one sit down to do the paperwork then says I can't get that one so I got up and left.

Terrible customer service the employees just sit there and watch you struggle rather than ask do you need help. I am trying to purchase headphones and a laptop and no one has asked me not once do I need assistance, I even approached an employee and the suggested they were busy as they stood there doing nothing, this is the 3rd time I’ve came here and this has occurred. Worst Best Buy location ever. I suggest going to a different location. I sure will be.

Prices and inventory could be better on a few catagories that I like. If microcenter can do better so can BestBuy.

The employees lie to get a sale.They guarantee items they sale to you will work with your tv,phone,etc.Do not waste ur time here!!

It's been years; so, that question is unanswerable. Though, in Milwaukee, the two stores there were ok...mine focused on computers more than any other item.

There are some fantastic things that you can think of inside of this store like for an example I have been looking for a washer and dryer setup that is one unit and they had exactly what I was looking for and it was at a very reasonable price. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs any appliances or electronics

Will not answer the phone. Will not transfer the phone to the store. Horrible service explains why the shelves are empty. Lonnie is horrible

The phone number is pointless. I called so many times simply wondering whether or not the Geek Squad can replace my phone’s back glass. I just wanted to speak to someone and ask a yes or no question. I called a total of five times. Not a single time did I get connected to an associate in the store. Twice I was connected to remote individuals who couldn’t answer my question. The second individual I spoke to gave me the extension to the Geel Squad within the store (2111 if anyone was curious). It rang twice and the robot told me nobody was available. I’m so frustrated with Best Buy and will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere even if it costs more because at least I’ll get to speak to a human who works there.

Geek squad is TERRIBLE. Long waits and they don’t acknowledge you. Even when you make an appointment they make you wait all day
