Horrible experience!! Don't waste your time stepping in their business. Dont waste time leaving a review either. There's stillno repercussions, for very rude and very unprofessional employees. Even after talking with corporate management over a month ago. This was over a refusal of service for asking about refund, for completely refundable purchase. Im not pointing the finger, but their very own management is possibly scamming customers by overcharging for their products.

Nice clerk that suggested using the breaktime app so I did. Nice app for savings.Stores windows should be cleaner though.

Of all the Breaktime stations this one is the worst. It’s brand new but run down like it’s 30 years old. No one ever cleans any of the bathrooms or mop the floors. The gas pump trash cans are always overflowing. The window washers don’t even have any fluid in them or squeegees. It’s really a shame for such a new building that it doesn’t have better management.

This store needs to change its advertised hours of operation. It says this specific location closes at 12am. Evidently it closes at 11:20pm. Randomly. Three times in 2 weeks.

Receipt paper does not ever seem to be refilled, at least not for the last two months. I always have to walk inside to request a paper receipt (which I need for company vehicles), and today, the woman working behind the counter was very rude. I will not come here any more if I can avoid it.

Dirty bathroom. No coffee. Half of the cappuccino flavors were not mixing powder. The soda machine was a total mess with cups left on the machine and fallen on the floor.

i live super close to this location so it’d be a very convenient spot for me, unfortunately i refuse to return, employees are always very rude and unprofessional, i was once cussed out for walking in after she mopped, when i told the manager about it i was basically told oh well, the cashiers are always over the moon rude for absolutely no reason, i once bought a sandwich and realized it was expired when i got home, so when i called to tell them, the cashier admitted she knew the sandwich was expired when she sold me it. if i could give this location 0 stars i would. there’s also an employee named Emily who’s built like a bulldog who has the attitude to match. wish they’d get some better employees and management asap.
