“As long as I remain in the Columbia area I will continue to use Joe Machens East. A few years ago I had my vehicle broken into, the guy I worked with was truly amazing and made the experience stress free!! Fast forward to 6 years later, my vehicle was in an accident and I took it to Joe Machens East remembering my prior experience. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember the guy from 6 years ago, but I worked with Nick this time and he was just as amazing!
We had issues with the other drivers insurance and a lot of back and forth for weeks, but Nick was able to stay on top of it and provide me needed updates, by time everything was FINALLY sorted with insurance they had my car back to me within a week that included paint and assembly!
My car looked braaaaand freaking new and the paint job was amazing including the inside detail they provided!
Hopefully, I won't need a Collison repair shop again but if I do - it will be with them!!”

My wheelchair ramp on my van totally stopped working and I took it to United Access. The problem was obvious -- basically, the motor was shot and Scott figured it out right away. It was late in the day on Thursday, so it looked like even with expedited shipping, the part we needed would not get to us until Monday and I would be without a van until Monday/Tuesday. The short version of the story is that Scott really worked it, got a part in by Friday/the next day (miracle?) and called me to pick up my van with a working ramp. I could not be more happy with United Access!”

“Had a terrible experience with Hertz in the DFW airport. Horrible customer service and a disgusting car for which they had nothing to replace it with. When we arrived in Missouri they were amazing! Did everything they could to make it right. Hershel was great to deal
with initially-then Anthony was amazing! He made sure our story/pics went to the right people up the later. They were generous in how they handled the situation and did the right thing. Going the extra mile , Anthony followed up with us weeks later to make sure we’re knew the outcome and were satisfied. Great Hertz location in Missouri!! Saved our return business as we never planned on using Hertz again.”
