“I brought my four dogs there, and we absolutely loved the place. They offer a fantastic setup with regular shampoo/conditioner as well as flea shampoo conveniently built into the hose—what a time saver! ?
To top it off, they have a high/low blow dryer that I wasn't expecting but was so grateful for; it really cut down on drying time. Highly recommend this place to any fellow dog owners out there! You and your furry friends won't be disappointed! ?❤️”

“I used the automatic car wash 2-23-24. The next day I noticed two big white spots on the rear end of my SUV, looks like calcium deposits. I can't get them off, I'm going to have to go to a detailer and hope they can do it. I would have put in a complaint to them before leaving a negative review but there isn't any contact information on the website. I would stay far, far away. This has turned out to be a VERY expensive car wash for me.
edit: the owner has reached out and offered to pay for the damage, I just need to get myself to a detailer or auto body guy. Can't ask for much more than that from a business owner. Changing my review for the time being.”

“The car wash is great. It cleans very well and I think the price is fair. I did have an issue once with it charging me and the machine not working. It is expected for all tech to glitch at least once. The owner/manager did refund me and I haven't had any more issues.
Previous update: Charged me $16.00 for the touchless car wash but the machine didn't work. The only thing it did was spray water from the ground. I'll update if I get a refund.”
“I have never been impressed by a car wash til I went here. The car wash itself is thorough and makes my cabin smell good for days. The attendants do a very good job cleaning the wheel wells. They have high powered vacuum bays with a hose on each side for convenience. I have never had a bad experience with any of Club Car Wash's locations but their Worley location by the mall is the best in town. If customer service is dead, as they say, Club Car Wash didn't get the memo. On the evening of 12/07/2024 I pulled into the line for the wash bay only to realize I left my wallet at home. I was so embarrassed but the attendant was so kind as she informed me about their other payment options. I was already so flustered it was immediately evident that I have never used tap to pay and I couldn't even find my digital wallet on my phone. I was ready to throw it in reverse and never show my face there again, but the attendant was so nice and understanding I decided to get a membership. The media gives Gen Z a bad rap in the workplace but the best customer service I've had in years was from a young person ?♀️ I will always make sure to have some cash for their tip jar, with extra during these cold months they spend outside getting wet.”
“Don't use the credit card payment. They still need to work out the bugs. Hit me for 40 bucks. Got it resolved but I'd recommend you use cash. That said,the new remodeled facility is awesome. Excellent new controls and chemicals. Does a fantastic job. I always use the manual rather than the drive in. Although I did use it once because I was wearing decent clothes and was in a hurry. It was OK.”

“This place was recommended by a neighbor in our Neighborhood Facebook group. I’m so happy she took the time to recommend this small business. My 2010 Ford Fusion was in really bad shape and when I picked it up, it looked and smelled like an almost new car. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the people working there are friendly and super accommodating. Making an appointment and selecting the services I wanted was completely online and very easy to do. We will be back!”
