“Clean car wash bays. Easy to read instructions on how to use self washer. You exchange cash for tokens. There was a token left so I used it along with 2 of my own tokens to rinse & soap/wash my Challenger. That was enough time to get my car cleaned. Simple, quick and easy. I will definitely return here.”
“My name is RoxyB I put $$$ in machine on 07-24-2024 Wednesday & nothing is working straight took my lil coins lol literally ? I tried to call no answer please email me back”
“I went through the car wash the other day and was genuinely impressed with the entire experience. From the friendly, exceptional customer service to the top notch wash and clean, well maintained vacuum bays, everything exceeded my expectations. My car came out looking great, and the attention to detail really stood out. I would definitely recommend it to all of my family and friends!”
“No matter which location I visit, I always have a positive experience. Your reps are great, whether washing my car or greeting me when I drive thru...its an all round good experience! Thank you”
“On a road trip, pit stopping in CoMo, I discovered my water had spilled in the back & my car was growing mold! I'm allergic to mold, it makes me very sick so this had to be dealt with immediately. I called Gaines, and they explained their remediation process, what all was included and said the magic word: Ozone - which I know works on mold. I dropped my car off that day, and when I picked up 2 days later, it was in like NEW condition. My car has not looked this good since the day I bought it! Gaines did an amazing job and all with a reassuring, friendly smile. THANK YOU”
“Lighthouse Car Wash is a classic "back in the day" car wash that I appreciate for its simplicity. It's not too expensive, which is a bonus. However, it's clear that this place hasn't been updated in quite a while. While it may lack modern amenities, there's a certain charm in its old-school feel for those who enjoy a nostalgic car wash experience.”
“I came in just planning to get a single wash but the girl working, I think her name is Mai, explained the membership in a way that made sense. She broke it down really well that I ended up signing up. Also this location is always great. The team does a really good job. Overall a really good experience!”
“Always fast to get through the wash and plenty of available vacuums and towels to finish the cleaning on the interior.
I’ve had a membership for a couple years now. It’s great to be able to zip through anytime the car needs a wash.”

“The car wash is great. It cleans very well and I think the price is fair. I did have an issue once with it charging me and the machine not working. It is expected for all tech to glitch at least once. The owner/manager did refund me and I haven't had any more issues.
Previous update: Charged me $16.00 for the touchless car wash but the machine didn't work. The only thing it did was spray water from the ground. I'll update if I get a refund.”
“I love this place I buy a monthly pass and drive through everyday and my 7 month old daughter loves watching the soap through the moon roof. The employees are pleasant, they give you free towels , and the vacuums work very well A+++”

“Great place to get your vehicles washed and detailed! I've been a loyal customer for years and appreciate the variety of high-quality soaps and waxes they use. Their automatic washes are very efficient, and the hand wash bays are well-maintained and convenient, making it easy to keep my car looking its best.”
“Even though it was crowded, the wash went smoothly. Young lady was helpful with the towel and the air freshener. Appreciate the supplies to be able to do more - didn't have time.”

“Don't use the credit card payment. They still need to work out the bugs. Hit me for 40 bucks. Got it resolved but I'd recommend you use cash. That said, the new remodeled facility is awesome. Excellent new controls and chemicals. Does a fantastic job. I always use the manual rather than the drive in. Although I did use it once because I was wearing decent clothes and was in a hurry. It was OK.”
“Polite staff, very helpful. Location great minus the fact it so close to the drug central of Columbia Mo, the welcome inn. They are still able to do what's right for there customers.”

“This place was recommended by a neighbor in our Neighborhood Facebook group. I’m so happy she took the time to recommend this small business. My 2010 Ford Fusion was in really bad shape and when I picked it up, it looked and smelled like an almost new car. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the people working there are friendly and super accommodating. Making an appointment and selecting the services I wanted was completely online and very easy to do. We will be back!”
