Carl and the whole team have been superior in their service. It had been 10 years since I needed to buy a washer and he helped us fine what would work for us and made sense financially. Will definitely be back.

UPDATE - Communicated with the GM who was very apologetic. Will definitely try them again in the future.
Called seeking info on washer/dryer pair to purchase. Had to leave a recorded message & received zero follow up. Moved on to their competitors, who did answer the phone and my questions.
