They have been good about phones in the past. And the employees are very helpful. However, they have a scam going called "no returns on accessories" which they don't tell you about. So they sell you chargers that don't work and then won't let you return them. If you talk to two managers and you waste half your day driving there twice they will grudgingly change their policy. The employees are good, but the managers could have a much better attitude.

Stopped in here for a new phone the other day, an upgrade under our current plan. Rudy was professional and real, quickly understood what we were after and was understanding of our budget constraints. I bet we were out of there in 20 minutes, excellent and straightforward service from him. All while he was helping another customer I might add.

We had all kinds of issues with getting switched over to cricket and getting a new phone, but Chip was professional and helpful the entire time and never gave up or showed frustration. It took us over two hours, at no fault of his, and we got what we came for and left happy customers. If you have an issue that can't seem to be solved, ask for Chip! He knows his stuff and is excellent at customer service.

Needed to up grade my phone and Misty was more than helpful. She was patient with me and my inability to decide. Once the decision had been made, she was quick and efficient in activating new phone and transferring old phone info. I would definitely recommend her!!

My daughter visited this store because she had some issues after purchasing a new iPhone. Tony stuck right with her until he got it figured out. He was so caring and tried his best to get everything lined out for her. As a mother, it is so meaningful to me that others are helping my kid! I didn’t catch the other associate’s name, but he was super helpful as well!
