I love the pace of the classes. We exercise hard with high expectations, but we get a chance to rest just enough to be to keep going. Everyone in the group is friendly and encouraging. When I am not able to do something, it's no big deal. There's always an accommodation for special needs.

I just started working out here, the community is awesome and supportive. The owner is passionate about the programs that he puts out each day. They are tough workouts, but, I have so far enjoyed being apart of it and it has be fun to come in every day.

Great place to workout! Knowledgable coaches who care about doing the exercises correctly over heavy weights. Would 100% recommend trying it out!

Our staff has over 30 years of experience and we are home to two of the four CrossFit Level 3 Trainers in town.
We offer small group classes focused on strength and conditioning. Our classes are for anyone no matter where they are in their fitness journey. We also offer personal training, nutrition coaching, and satellite programming.
