Shannon is always busy but takes immediate attention to me as she notices me to attend to my purchase of my meds. The assistants need more help. But they are always polite.

No first aid supplies beyond a basic bandaid and two types of tape. I was not expecting to find a stellar selection, but this was not even marginal. I found nothing that I needed for a fresh wound, so the drive here was an exercise in needless pain and time loss.

I absolutely recommend this pharmacy, I have a lot of medication allergies 3 of them result in anaphylaxis.. I take 10 prescriptions. The staff takes care to make sure that there's no problem with any concerns when I get any additional medicine. I trust the staff so much that I switched my 84 year old uncle's and my 64 year husband's prescriptions there as well. They are considerate and compassionate. They truly care for their patients. They are so knowledgeable that all of the staff should be receiving Merit wages at a minimum every 6 months.

Our prescriptions are never ready when I arrive to pick them up - every single time I’m told it’ll be 15-20 minutes. It’s ridiculous.

I called yesterday 4 times and each time it told me they were closed 1:30 - 2pm for lunch and to call back after 2pm. My calls were between 2:30 and 5pm

The employees allowed a stranger to pick up my medication and refused to take responsibility for it. It took filing a police report to get video pulled for my doctors office to get a replacement script ordered. The employees here were not helpful or apologetic and say that checking IDs to prevent this happening in the future is too much extra work.

This CVS does not check IDs and allowed a random stranger to pick up my medication. They refused to help or take responsibility and camera footage was only pulled after filing a police report so my doctors office could write a replacement script.

CVS rewards program doesn’t work here because it’s inside of a target. They’re out of my script nearly every time it gets filled there. The same-day delivery company here doesn’t take orders there so even though the app will let you pay for it and have same-day delivery you’ll get a call saying they can’t do that and you need to come in and pick it up. If there was an actual CVS pharmacy around here instead of inside a supermarket OR my moms insurance would pay for my scripts elsewhere I’d hella not come here. If you HAVE to use CVS for your meds do yourself a favor and go to the one inside the Gerbes. It’s kinda better.
