Eugene Twenter delivered, set up, and trained our staff on a new Kyocera 5054ci in a timely and professional manner today. In the past, we have been extremely pleased with the maintenance team's prompt response (the few times we have needed assistance).

The sales team (Scott McVay & Erin) was friendly, helpful and did a fabulous job on the order of our new Lanier IM C2500 printer/copier/fax/scanner! The turnaround time was pretty quick (about 3 weeks) from order to install & the installation (Eugene) was very quick and he had us up and running with literally NO issues. Our unit is quiet & can handle 11x17s! Absolutely very happy with our new unit. Also, the maintenance fee is cheaper, I love the scan to pc & it's super easy to use! I have recommended DaCom to others and will continue to do so as well as this unit!

Dalton believes in his product and the service Da-Com provides. He has been a delight to work with—a straight-shooter; kind; honest; helpful; and, “real.” We look forward to our association with Dalton and the service he and Da-Com will provide.

Shawn is our service guy and he is the best! I called at 4 pm with a problem and he called us almost immediately to see what was wrong and came out the same day.

If a DaCom rep comes to your business, push them out of your door. I signed up with DaCom in 2009 on a 5 year contract. After struggling for 2 years with a slow, inefficient copier, printer, scanner, and fax I was told I could upgrade to a "faster" machine. This faster machine printed a whole 25 pages per minute. What they didn't tell me was that they were extending my contract 3 more years. I didn't read what I signed, my fault. I then decided to purchase a server from them and the installation was totally botched. Nothing worked right. A second installer came down from St Louis to fix the problems and did nothing to stop the problems. After spending over $1000 to hire my own tech, the problems were finally fixed. I patiently waited for the contract to end late 2014. When I called to cancel I was told I could not until 2017 unless I wanted to purchase their machine for $5400. The local company I was getting bids from to replace DaCom would sell me a 55 copy per minute machine as well as a second machine for the front desk for $5000. DaCom wanted $5400 for one outdated and slow machine! After speaking with 2 different "customer service" reps with DaCom, I was told that the only thing they would do is bring over a machine some other customer did not want anymore that would print 35 pages per minute. Wow! I have left 5 unanswered messages for the local sales rep, Mark, and he has not bothered to pick up the phone once to call me back since our original conversation about these issues. Now I am forced to stay with this company for 2 more years before I can get machines in that will handle the business growth we have had, sign another contract, or pay a ridiculous amount of money for this piece of junk we have in our office now! No care or understanding was given to the loss of money to fix the server problems much less the loss of production of my staff working with this botched server until I paid a second time to make it right. Take my advise, work locally and stay away from DaCom!!! They definitely only have their own interests in mind.
