Ordered an item and they said it was in stock and to be delivered in 10 days! Ten days came and we got notice they cancelled our order, the item was out of stock. 5 will get you 10 it was out of stocks when we placed the order, they were just betting it would come in....and it didn't. Their solution was for me to reorder hof course waiting another 10 for a negative response. No thank you Dicks, there are too many other places to shop!

I purchased an expensive and large piece of exercise equipment that I found to be defective after setting it up. The manufacture sent a service person to repair it, which was not to my satisfaction. The item was still not operating properly. After speaking to Brandon, the store manager at Columbia Dicks, Brandon assured me I would not be stuck with damaged goods, that Dicks guarantees that their merchandise is not defective, even if it is costly to remove, replace and re-install. I really appreciate that Brandon and Dicks made sure this was done to my satisfaction.

I went in today to get a couple of golf clubs that were on super sale but they didn't have them in stock and couldn't order them. Fortunately, homie from the olf counter price matched a similar brand and I couldn't have been happier!

This your standard Dick’s store. I’ve bought a bunch of apparel from here, and have never had any problems. I’ve never felt like the staff were ignoring me, and on every visit someone has asked if they could help me find anything. I don’t like how a staff member is required to unlock the changing room (which are also very limited in number, so there can be a wait), but I understand that’s a corporate policy and not the store’s fault.

The absolute worst experience ever. If I could give them a zero star I would. My husband drove over an hour to pick up some soccer shoes for my daughter that said they were ready for pick up. When he arrived they said they didn’t have the order. He showed them the confirmation number and the text saying they were ready for pick up. They told him they had cancelled the order and the money would be refunded. About 20 minutes later they called to tell me they couldn’t find them because they were under a different last name. After dealing with the hateful manger that was no help at all I will not be wasting my time or money in this store anymore and also will be contacting corporate. Sad part is the manger couldn’t even bother to call me back to discuss the issue she had some other poor soul do it. Customer service just isn’t what it used to be?

Bought a putter there and made it home without the putter cover. The check out girl forgot to give it to me and I forgot to ask for it.I live out of state and couldn't go back to the store to retrieve it. The manager in the golf department was very nice and helpful. He mailed me the putter cover - great customer service !!

Very unorganized. The employees that are working don't like being asked to do their jobs. Very expensive. If you are buying shoes, just go over to Shoe Carnival 100 yards away for half the price and helpful staff.

Called the Columbia,MO store 3 times before someone from the shoe department answered. I asked if they had wide baseball cleats. I was assured they did. Drove over an hour to the store, only to be told there were none in stock. Was told, oops and the associate walked away. Very aggravating experience.
