This is my favorite location. They normally have nothing blocking the aisles, the store is always being mopped and you don't find dusty products. They also keep the sale signs up to date, and if you find one that is out of date, they will honor the prices and go to take them down.

The costumer service has become terrible. I was a regular here for awhile but not anymore. Expect to use the selfcheckout because they don't like opening a register because they rather focus on getting the shelves stalked. A girl named Sam is probably one of the rudest employees I have ever experienced before! She is the main reason I will no longer shop here. I used to love this DG, hope things get better or they are going to lose a lot of costumers and money!

I have been shopping at this Dollar General for two years now and I used to love all the workers but the last three times I had terrible customer service experience with the store worker named Sam!I’ve tried giving her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was having a bad day on the first time she was extremely rude to me. I had let the first time go, but the last few times she rolled her eyes because I had to have help with getting approval for some of my items I purchased. She acts like I’m a bother because I don’t use the self check out because I have too much stuff and things that need approval so I choose to go to a register. The first time she made me go through self checkout and also made an elder lady do self checkout (who I had to help because the lady didn’t know how to work the self checkout,) the lady was also frustrated with Sam. I completely understand that they need to get the shelves stocked and doing inventory is important, I had worked in retail for 8 years so I understand but your costumers need to come first! The disrespect and rye rolling that comes from this store worker has pushed me away, This Dollar general is close to my house but I’m no longer spending my money here! Hope they do something about Sam’s attitude because it’s going to push many regular costumers away!
