This is an amazing childcare center. Our baby went here from 12 weeks on. We were first-time parents and nervous about leaving our baby for the first time. All of the teachers do such a great job with the babies and parents. I felt so comfortable leaving our baby there and he absolutely loved it. He would squeal and smile getting out of the car each day when he arrived. The teachers were all so kind and helpful. The only reason why we left is we got relocated out of the area due to a new job, otherwise we would never have left. I cannot recommend End of the Rainbow enough! It is worth every penny and more to have your precious child so well taken care of while you are at work.

My son started at EOR shortly after her turned 1. He stayed at home with my Husband for his first year of life. I was so nervous about sending him to a group setting, but he has received more love and attention than we could ever ask for! The staff quickly put my mind and heart at ease. His teachers are there every day with a big smile to welcome my son with loving, open arms. The communication is outstanding and open. The teachers and staff always are willing to talk and discuss what ever needs to be discussed. I am blessed to have found such an amazing place for my little ball of energy!

I have worked at EOR for almost 9 years. I have been teaching for over 20 years. I am not going to say that every day has been wonderful; that’s not how life works! Besides the children and amazing families, my favorite thing about Rainbow is the staff and our leaders. I absolutely love my job!! The teachers here are so wonderful and support each other. They work together when in a pickle and they love their kids as they would their own! Nikki has done an amazing job with the staff and creating a school family. Shane is a wonderful boss! He is a great listener and cares about what his employees have to say. Ami is awesome!! She is always happy, helpful, and willing to do whatever she can to make your day a little better. As a teacher, it is so important to have that kind of support from the people you work with and for.

Working as a preschool teacher at End of the Rainbow was the best job I’ve ever had! The staff is welcoming, friendly, and professional. It is a great environment for a child to grow in, in regards to both fine/gross motor skills as well as socially. I cannot say enough great things about this business or my time there!

I started working at End of the Rainbow in 2016 & bid a tearful farewell in late 2020 due to my planned move out of Columbia. I didn’t know a job could make my heart so full. I remember being a very nervous new employee, and yet being welcomed in the warmest way by the EOR staff. A special shout out to Supervisor Ms. Amanda for her unbelievable warmth, knowledge and inspiring passion. It is immediately and consistently clear that EOR’s management aims to build a strong, friendly and happy team. The wonderful Ms. Nikki and Mr. Shane lead staff meetings with Curriculum Coordinator Ms. Ami, and they are some of the funniest, most helpful and patient people to work for and alongside. EOR’s staff meetings are often accompanied by catered food which always made me feel appreciated, and new employees are then introduced so that there are no strangers. The camaraderie that EOR has built within its staff and families is so special. The energy and environment is unlike any other: from the beautiful murals inside the school buildings, to the young smiling faces I cared for and taught, to the coworkers that grew to be friends. There is not a single thing about working at End of the Rainbow that I will not miss dearly.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful teachers and staff at End of the Rainbow. After touring several centers while pregnant, we instantly knew we had found the right place after meeting with Shane and then Dana & Amanda in the infant room. From the very beginning I could sense the genuine love the teachers had for the kiddos and as a mother, this has been the most reassuring feeling! Going back to work after maternity leave was a huge adjustment, but EOR offered a transition week which allowed me to ease into leaving my baby and allowed her to adjust to the new environment. This transition week made drop off on my first day back to work SO much less stressful! This was such a thoughtful thing to offer and again really speaks to the level of genuine care they provide.Maddy & Becca made Sophie’s time in the infant room truly amazing. They were so good about sending me pictures throughout the day and I always felt that our baby was adored and loved. It was such a blessing to see her light up when she saw her teachers in the morning! Our daughter has since transitioned to the toddler room and again, the transition was gradual and well thought out. Our daughter is absolutely thriving in the toddler room and I’m continually impressed with her teacher, Savannah! Our daughter is consistently coming home with new skills, saying new words, and showing more and more independence. This is a direct reflection of the time and attention put into the curriculum by her wonderful teachers! My husband and I have been incredibly impressed by how Shane and Nikki (and all of the amazing staff) have handled the COVID-19 crisis. As healthcare workers, my husband and I were considered essential workers and it was imperative that we still have childcare. We were so fortunate and grateful to not have any interruption in childcare due to their diligence and ability to quickly adapt and implement new policies and procedures that ensured the safety of both the staff and the children. We feel so blessed to be a part of the EOR family and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking childcare in Columbia!

I so enjoyed working at End Of the Rainbow!! All the families were so welcoming and friendly, and the staff was super kind. Supervisors were understanding of my college schedule and always found a way to support my needs as a student. I learned SO MUCH about childcare and had the opportunity for my teaching skills to grow. So thankful for EOR!!!

Wow, where do I begin? My wife and I found ourselves checking out this place when our first pick was found to be seriously lacking in communication. Thankfully, really, because this place is AWESOME! We felt welcomed and left excited from our first meeting and tour. Now that our kiddo has been there for awhile, I couldn’t be happier. The teachers make very family and kiddo feel special, and they are VERY attentive! Recently a teacher suspected our kiddo had thrush; our doctor later commented that we caught it VERY early. They’re also fantastic about communicating bugs and whatnot that make their rounds through the classrooms, which is very reassuring. The teachers don’t seem to be there for a paycheck, but rather genuinely love helping the kids grow. I don’t doubt our daughter has grown and developed more quickly by attending EOR than if she was always home. The teachers work well as a team, and our girl is very comfortable with all of them. The other parents are great too, and it shows by the well-tempered kids that attend. I won’t hesitate to recommend EOR to my friends (already have) and to YOU! Check them out, and they’re competitively priced for the area.

I can’t say enough about End of the Rainbow. We toured a few childcare facilities and none compared. The energy and environment was exactly what we were looking for and the people are amazing. I highly recommend End of the Rainbow. You’ll have peace of mind leaving your child at a place that truly cares for and loves your child.

End of the Rainbow has been a blessing. My family and I moved from North Carolina last year and finding childcare was something that we were stressed out about. The teachers, Nikki, and Shane made this part of the move and transition so much easier. They were extremely welcoming, and we knew our kids were in good hands from day one - that comfort is extremely valuable. The teachers and staff have been great, and our kids are learning so much. We highly recommend End of the Rainbow to anyone looking for childcare.

Working at End of the Rainbow was such a great experience for me! The work environment here is so open and kind with so much obvious love from the staff to the kids and their family members. Being a college student, my availability could range week to week, but the supervisors always did an amazing job working with me and my schedule. I learned so much as a teacher from the minute of my first day, to my last, and all of the kids and their families actually inspired my career direction to work with kids permanently. End of the Rainbow will always be a great place to me, and every time I am in Columbia I make sure to stop by!

Our son started at End of The Rainbow when he was 7 months old after enduring some medical complications early in life. The directors and staff have always been wonderful both in his care as well as keeping us informed of any issues that may arise. I would absolutely recommend End of the Rainbow for your child.

My son started going to EOR at 10 weeks old and has been there ever since (2 Years) I can not say enough great things. One of the hardest thing any parent does is leave their child. I could not be more comfortable with our decision to use EOR. They are structured yet practical. Most importantly, my son LOVES it there. Each time he has transitioned classrooms, the staff is very thoughtful and deliberate to ensure he is as comfortable as possible. He lunges out of my arms in the mornings to go to his teachers! Most importantly, the administration and staff have always erred on the side of keeping me informed about changes or concerns. Conversely, my few questions or concerns are always handled swiftly and respectfully. This is a vibrant, comfortable and approachable place for any family. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Working at End of the Rainbow this past year, has been so much fun and has taught me so much and I will definitely miss it. End of the Rainbow has been the best place in Columbia that I have worked at. All of the teachers and kids have made my experience so wonderful. I am so grateful for the opportunity I had to work at Rainbow. I am sad to go and will truly miss it!
