Not as well organized as UPS shipping centers. The package got were it needed to go. It took a couple of trips to the location to get it done.

So disappointed. Had to drive across town to another fed ex location. This location cannot print their own labels.

Quick and easy. Very friendly staff. Theo was outstanding. At the last moment, I changed my mind on something, forcing him to do a total "re-do" and he didn't say or act like he was put out. Keep Theo around and I'll keep coming back
