I am extremely disappointed in Finish Line as an establishment and their customer service. I ordered a pair a shoes nearly a month ago and they have sent me the wrong size twice now. I have called and disputed it each time, and have been waiting for my new pair for over a week now. I called to double check on my order and the customer service lady told me that they are unable to ship me my new size and was unable to give me a clear reason as to why. Another customer service individual told me he ordered my new pair one week ago and now they aren't able to make it work once I called today suddenly. I have been nothing but patient and understanding. How are you not going to send me the pair of shoes I ordered after your mistake not once, but TWICE? Unbelievable. I will never shop here again and do not waste your time either

Made a trip to grab a pair of shoes they had. Gate still closed At 11:30. Website said open. Employee inside just staring at customers walking up and then walking away.

i cant give the Columbia location one star. They deserve none. Customer service- manager- Angel horrible. bought my daughter a pair of shoes online they were too small i took them back and she said they looked to be worn. yes worn to try on- USPS just literally left the shoes at my front door less than an hour ago. now I understand why the store is almost always empty. DO NOT deal with them. ghetto and rude. you have been warned

Older bad head Asian man here is very rude he has worked there long time and always rude it carry’s on to the workers also gotta start at the top where the problem is to get the staff taking job more serious I won’t shop here any more I watched this man try and fight a customer for no reason even got in the mans face for no reason

My son bought me a pair of shoes. He has spent well over $1000 in the last month there. He has their rewards program or whatever it is that has his name address and email. Anyway he bought me a pair of fila. And when asked if he wanted a copy of receipt he said no believing that if any issues the sale is in the system under his account. I put them on and wore them to work. Right shoe felt tight. I wore them for my shift(5hrs). When I got home I took them off. Tags say same size but they are not. Store will not take them back without physical receipt. If not going to honor a return without it your clerks should automatically give customer a receipt. My son is now out $90 and I am stuck with shoes I cant wear.

the workers were very hard to track down to get help and it was not busy there. they acted as if they did not want to help me and when i went back in to return my shoes they seemed very angry and i did not feel welcome in their store.

They tell u the shoes are available at 3 but then sell all them at 3 so u can’t purchase any of them
