Service is terrible. They are unfriendly and over charged us over and over again. Will not be spending another penny with this place and our vehicles both have a lifetime tires warranty. I would rather pay more somewhere that actually talks to me than spend money here.

I set a appointment for a pair of back tires. The tires on the front are less than 6 months old . I told them not to get under my hood just do the tires. I waited 45 minutes then I looked through the window they had my hood up. Then they came to me saying I need a new battery and I need to do all 4 tires. Because my car is a all wheel drive. Sign a waiver. I asked why he is under my hood when I asked them not to. That is policy is what they told me . I told them to take my car off the rack I'm done.

Beware of this business. They will flat out lie to you. They tried to charge me thousands of dollars for front end repair that wasn't needed and wouldn't honor my lifetime alignment on my vehicles. Everything was fine on my front suspension and I took my vehicle to another location. The front end was fine and alignment performed without issue. On top of that, Firestone refused to refund my money for 2 lifetime alignments. CROOKS!

I made an appointment a week and a half in advance and when I arrived for my appointment they told me they didn't have the tires I had reserved. They didn't bother to call or notify me in any way. I'm not sure if they just hope they can talk you into more expensive tires or if they just don't care but I would not recommend this business.

My daughter and I were driving across the country and towing a trailer when I got a large gash in one of my tires. Josh was amazing at helping us quickly fix the problem, jacking up the jeep and putting on a new tire. We are so incredibly grateful for the efficiency, but more so the kindness and understanding we got in the shop. Thank you so much for getting us back on the road!

This place is outrageous! 1150 for brakes and rotors. I went to autozone and bought the parts for 380 then took to custom complete automotive on Worley street and they did the job for 310. 460 bucks in savings. Custom complete is by far the best service I have ever had and they do things for a fair price. Small profits more people will win every time over large profits less people.

My car had a serious issue (about to fail suspension arm). It was a Sunday and the Firestone mechanics stayed late to fix the problem since I was leaving the next day to go out of town and needed my car. They repaired the issue, were extremely polite and explained the problem to me, and got me on the road in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

They scammed me. I had an order for tire rotation last time over 2 months ago. Didn’t rotate my tires at all and the way I indicated is that the tire which had low pressure was at the same place. This time the front cover beneath the car which is commonly removed for oil change was removed completely. On enquirer the response was non satisfactory and he told me all 7 nut bolts were removed by car vibration. This is not fair. Also they literally pressurize you to purchase their tires.
