Showed up to this store during normal working hours to find out that they were closed due to an illness: Every employee?
No notice? I drove over an hour and a half to get there expecting it to be open like advertised and they weren't. No replacement! No apologies! No one there at all not even a note explaining what happened or when they will reopen...this is very unprofessional.

The employees are incredibly rude and will not acknowledge your presence. I came in on a Friday with a friend and I asked the "manager" who was sitting behind the cash register pretending to work for help. She rolled her eyes and ordered someone to help us. My friend bought shoes and we left. I came in the next day and she was beyond rude again. She demanded what I wanted and was very reluctant with helping at all. She also asked why I came in twice in a row and why was I bothering her with questions regarding a pair of shoes. Another customer came in and she abruptly removed herself from our conversation to help him and was very friendly to them. She made a racist comment to one of the other employees after helping the other customer who was also black like her. I felt like I wasn't welcomed due to my race. Needless to say this location is discriminatory towards skin color.

I absolutely love ❤️ this store. I never leave unhappy or disappointed. They have the newest shoe out. And also have it in my size 4.5 to 5 almost everytime. And workers are polite and on top of noticing you and making sure you are finding whatU need! $$ reasonable price and they have clearance.
