Worst gamestop i have EVER BEEN TO! The lady behind the front desk was very off putting, couldnt find my order, then got mad at me when i became upset. While sitting in my car afterwards, after having to CANCEL my order, she proceeds to glare at me the ENTIRE TIME. Went to a different gamestop and had amazing service. This place has NEVER been a good experience.

It’s 4:30pm. Middle of the stores operating hours. Doors are locked. With a sign that says “we stepped away for a moment” iv seen 5 people myself included go up to the door. That’s money you just turned away. Money that can help cover another associate. So that you don’t have to close down in the middle of the day!

The customer service at this location is lackluster at best. Employees will give you sighs and attitude for requesting help. They are there only to collect a paycheck, not actually help customers, or do real work, like help customers. I can't imagine stocking is difficult with the low amount of foot traffic here. Two GameStop's in Columbia is 1 too many. This one could close and no one would know any better... Except the employees who refuse to help customers, like at this GameStop. Did I mention customers are not their concern here? Buy online from a competitor. You will be happier than shopping at this retailer.

Customer service was very poor employee rushed through my whole online order and messed up my shipping address now I have to sit and call customer support for hours because she didn’t do her full job.

Went in to look at items with my 8 year old grandson . Most items we looked at did not have price tags . Had to ask employees to scan items .Trying to teach my grandson about comparison shopping and getting the most for his money . Doubt we will go back .

Customer service I received was absolutely terrible. The employees name was Logan. I called to ask a question and he cut me off in the middle of asking a question, used a very hateful tone of voice, and hung up on me. We tried to call back to get a different person to talk to and she was also rude. We only wanted to ask some questions about a controller. GameStop should really hire more helpful and friendly people. This isn’t the first time we dealt with rude GameStop employees. The other locations are much better.

Its a pretty good place for all your video game needs and the people there were very friendly and helped me with all my questions and helped me with my console that i was buying I would recommend this place to anyone that is in need of a video game system or games or that has kids or grand kids and wishes to get them a game system or games

Both employees were very helpful. We were trying to find Minecraft for our XBox360. They didn't have it but got it ordered for us and it should be at our house in about 5 days! They also helped me find the account I had made there a while ago since I didn't have the keychain card.
