I can honestly say i have never been treated more rudely than i was by the floral shop. Its my birthday. My fiance had flowers delivered to me as a surprise. I came home and found a hang tag from "Dillons" with no number on it saying a delivery was attempted. There was no phone number to try to contact. There are no ""Dillons" here in Columbia. I finally figured out it was Gerbes. The person in the floral shop was rude to me and told me they always leave a phone number and call first. I told her nobody called me before hand and there was no # on the tag. The floral shop person then abruptly told me if i wanted my flowers i could come into the store and pick them up. I told her my fiance paid for delivery. She then spoke over me and told me that they will be delivered tomorrow and "our delivery people cant just hang out waiting for you to come home". When i asked for her name, she stated "Im not sharing" and hung up on me.

Gerbes regular price on Soda for a 12 pack, 12 oz. cans is now $10.99. Walmart’s regular price for the same soda is $6.86. Buyer beware when they run their big specials. The deal is not as good as it appears to be. Not a good look versus your completion Gerbes.

Store has gone down hill over 20 years. Clerks are not helpful. Store layout is difficult to find stuff. Out of stock and disorganized shelves during prime shopping hours.

Shoppers beware. Lots of inaccurate prices on the isle. Scan everything with the app as you shop. Many of the sale prices are expired or expired e-coupons. Tip: Take photos of tag when the price doesn't match the app and set aside in cart to checkout separately at customer service to dispute.

Everyone is always nice, good selection of products. Usually has what I am looking for. This Gerbes reminds me of the Ralph's I use to shop at when I lived in Los Angeles.

A good grocery store to shop. They are very close to my house. The staff is very friendly & helpful. They used to send printed sale papers to each & every house but now they have created an online system to grab an item on sale. It is cumbersome. Also, they have stopped selling postal stamps. That was a shocker to me. I was a regular customer. I think they should resume those services.

I've been going to Gerbes in Columbia all of my life, their stores are always clean, the staff are always busy although still find time to help customers as needed, their products are always fresh, the range of products and pricing varies for any budget, great hometown grocery store not only reality, but atmosphere as well.
