I took in a 13-year-old MacBook Pro that I had wiped clean, and the customer service, knowledge, And ability were top-notch! I was able to get the operating system reinstalled and able to use my old MacBook Pro again. All this at a free consultation within 15 minutes. Highly, highly recommend!

A scam artist place that takes advantage of the nearest apple store being two hours away. Avoid at all costs!

Great customer service and very reliable. I would highly recommend using Gravity for any issues with your Apple products.

This was a really good experience given that I went there due to a problem with my Apple device. They were knowledgeable and everything went as they projected. The follow up was also a great touch.

They did not tell us that we needed to go to a T-Mobile store to deactivate our store after replacing the logic board. They didn’t even tell us they replaced the logic board. I would avoid using this service agency.

Went to get my screen replaced and without warranty they said it would be $239. Went to Cracked Up instead and it was only $150. I'm sure they do a great job of replacements however the prices are just too high. I'm a college student, I'm not paying that much!

They were able to fix my Apple AirPods. When I dropped them off, though, I was under the impression they were shipping them off, and it would be covered by AppleCare. So I was a little disappointed, whenever I found out that they were able to fix them in the house and that it was gonna cost me $30. But it’s still worth it to have my AirPods fixed again :-) lol

UPDATE AFTER COMPUTER PROBLEM ADDRESSED ELSEWHERE: The Apple repair person at Tiger Tech (U of MO) found an app that was running in the background and fixed my problem. He actually listened to me. It is now absolutely fine. FYI, Gravity charged me $75, did not address the problem, and told me that there were no apps running in the background.UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: I stand by one star. Bottom line is that I paid $75 (which is a lot of money for me) for NOTHING, spent a lot of my time and two trips to town (30 miles round trip). They did not address or look into the stated problem which I had clearly communicated, but looked into something else, which I had already worked with Apple support on. Because they did not look into the problem as communicated, they spent their time looking into something that was not a problem that I already clearly knew the answer to. It was also having trouble updating, and they didn't even look into or try that because their internet was down. This is not a way to do business. I will do my best to avoid using Gravity in the future.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I made an appointment through Apple support for my computer completely losing power when OFF, requiring it to be plugged in to turn on, but having an adequate runtime when left on. I had worked with Apple support remotely on this several times in the last 6 months and they had determined that the battery health was good and no apps were draining it. When I could not do the latest update I decided it was time to seek help. When I left the computer I gave the person at the desk detailed info about the problem, showed him how it would not turn on without being plugged in, and that the battery was at 0 after being off all night, and the history. I paid the non-refundable $150 for diagnosis which would also go towards repair. A day later I received an e-mail telling me that they had diagnosed that the battery was 89% and no apps were draining it, all of which I already knew. They had not gotten the information that I had given to the front desk about the problem being when it was off. "Oh, the ticket didn't detail that." What??? Then... "our internet is down and so we can't update it." So they did NOTHING that I didn't already know. I said, I want the computer back and I would appreciate a refund of my $150. I got passed to the operations manager Justin, who would only give me $75 back. He said, "Well, we spent an hour on diagnosis." I had spent several hours myself to get the exact same diagnosis. And "sometimes the internet goes down, and now it's back." He did not take responsibility for the lack of communication of the problem on their part. So I paid $75 for nothing and had to make 2 trips to town (30 miles round trip). They are the authorized Apple repair locally. I discovered that Tiger Tech at the Mizzou Store is also authorized and they don't charge to make diagnoses.

Justin & his team were so helpful getting my laptop back up and running! Not only did they help me fix a major problem, but they improved the overall system of my laptop tremendously! I don't think it's worked this great since the day I pulled it out of its box! A relief to not only get it fixed, but a very functional laptop that works without issues! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Their communication is awful. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but I'm shocked at the rave reviews this place has. In my one experience with them, they were of no help whatsoever. I was having issues getting my iPhone SE 3rd Gen (2022) to charge via cable, so I called in and explained my situation. I gave them my phone model and issue, and that it was still covered under a limited warranty. They said they should be able to fix that under the warranty and scheduled me a day to bring it in. So, I made the 1.5hr round trip and brought it in. It was the gentleman who I spoke with on the phone. He took one look at it and said "Oh no, we can't fix the charging ports on this model of phone. You'll just have to get a brand one."Why wasn't this stated on the phone call? In my appointment scheduling phone call, I even said it was a 45min one way drive for me. Why tell me to bring it in and they could probably fix it, only to immediately shoot me down without even actually looking into the phone?I'm not impressed and don't care to rick wasting another trip with any Apple issues I have in the future. Again, maybe I just had bad timing, but I don't see how they're a reputable Apple device repair company.
