“The hotel was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and parking was felt safe and secure. Pool was not really available as it was really cold. Breakfast was good. They had Scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, sausage links and biscuits. waffle maker. All the other standard things you would expect as well. Staff was friendly.”

“Hotel and room were very clean. I rented the King 1 bdrm Suite. Did not disappoint. It is like a studio apt. 625 sq ft. with full kitchen. Sink, Refridgerator, stove, dishwasher. Living room and a separate room for the king size bed. Water pressure was strong. Had a market place to borrow any item I needed for the room like a toaster or blender. Plus several food items to purchase. Location is near several restraunts and shopping. Everything was great for our stay.”

“Old saying, once you are asleep, all hotels are the same. Mostly true. They have a chain system for letting the blinds up and down. I could clearly hear the other rooms doing this in the middle of the night. Sound came through the wall by the windows at times. The pool was not as clean as I would have hoped and whirlpool jets are broken.
The room itself was clean and well kept. Common areas are all in good condition. The location is great. Very easy access to everything.”

“Been coming here for 10yrs because my child lives here. Today was my final straw. We had to check in with an AI while an actual human stood silently and watched. After the check in, you have to get the room keys from the human. Now the human doesn't even have to speak to the customer so customer service is apparently no longer a thing. Absolutely ridiculous. Useless humans doing as little as possible as a human.”

“The air con in my room wasn’t very effective and the carpet needed a good vacuum however other than this it was ok.
Two beds, a fridge, decent shower, great pillows!

“It was ok. You could hear the neighbor in the bathroom. Could hear everyone walk across the floor. My guess is the vacuum was broken. But they are very nice when I checked in and checked out. Also nice when I asked for more towel. I would stay again.”

“I stay at a LOT of Marriott/Bonvoy properties, a great loyalty program and I always book through the app. Never have I been told that it was my responsibility to double check about a late checkout request at check in!! One would think the front desk would be paying attention to the reservation and confirm with the guest is welcomed. It worked out, but I didn’t appreciate the “it’s your fault” attitude when I inquired about the request the following morning. Nor did we appreciate the lawn mower at 6:30 on a Sunday morning. Other than that, the room was nice, spacious and well appointed, the complimentary breakfast serviceable, and the staff pleasant.”
“Honestly I stayed here plenty of times over the years and I have to say that the staff is so much more relaxed, friendly and approachable. A lot of the sketchy people who use to roam around no longer do. They will work with you on your room if you’re short or end up behind and honestly most of the people that stay at this hotel now, actually stay long periods of time gives it more of a family/friendly atmosphere. And I’m not sure if this was always a thing but now they shoot fireworks around this location every weekend.”
“I've worked for Holiday Inn, so I have a bit of a critical eye but I he hotel is generally what you expect and is a good place to stay; I recommend an IHG hotel wherever I go. However, this one did have some points that I found important to bring up. The breakfast seemed inadequate for $13 for looks to be the equivalent of a Holiday Inn Express breakfast is a little cheeky and I don't appreciate that. Also, the room did seem to be a little tired but was clean; it might need a little bit of a facelift in a couple of years here. Overall, it's a good stopover and the price was decent for the neighborhood, and it was convenient to get around to the other parts of Colombia.”

“I went to Columbia for a graduation and I had no reservations and went and spoke to Tara and she was very polite, pleasant, accommodating she helped us get a room for both nights which was extremely busy because of graduation. I am so grateful for her help and highly recommend anyone to stay there. They had breakfast and dinner they were ok and the bar was nice to relax after graduation. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there anytime. Tara I want to say thank you for your hospitality.”
