“Best Drury anywhere. We’re seniors & do 55-60 nights/yr. The East location is way better than the Stadium. Just a better service and customer oriented culture. Today I found out why. The manager in his white shirt & official Mizzou tie was assisting at breakfast & bussing customer dishes! 1 hour later at the front desk he was checking people out and helping them with their luggage carts. You can’t provide better leadership and examples for staff to emulate than the CEO pitching in and showing the staff how it’s done and what is expected. It creates a service culture that brings customers back!”

“We left today after almost three months at this location. Skye, Cassie, Chris, and the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful! The room was super clean at check-in, and Tracy and the housekeeping staff kept it maintained with our weekly cleans. Everyone treated my little menace dog Nero like family! We greatly appreciate everyone there!”

“We have a large family and travel sometimes means we have to split the kids/patents into two separate rooms. Staybridge offers beautiful 2bedroom suites. They are spacious and well equipped. They even had a real crib available for our 7month old. A free breakfast and indoor pool made for a truly family friendly and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit Columbia in the future”

“They have delicious breakfast and Gena was wonderful and so kind and keeps the place so clean. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Love their pillows. It is close to the highway so you can hear traffic through the window but you can request a room that’s in the back for less noise.”

“When you're traveling and you think all you want is your own bed, what you really want instead are these beds! So comfortable! And the pillows are the best pillows I've ever had in a hotel. Fluffy and comfy. The room was really clean and neat and everything in working order. Tastefully decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and hot. If you need snacks or extras, you can buy snacks and a few necessities. I didn't use the pool, but it looked nice and clean. Clearly this team takes pride in their hotel and hospitality. I hope I get the chance to stay there again. Great location. I HIGHLY recommend this place for a truly comfortable stay!”

“We ended up here during MIZZOU parents weekend, which meant few choices for hotels (and we aren't here for that). There was a cheer team staying here and lots of swimmers. But the hotel was clean, quiet, and Breakfast was good.”

“Been coming here for 10yrs because my child lives here. Today was my final straw. We had to check in with an AI while an actual human stood silently and watched. After the check in, you have to get the room keys from the human. Now the human doesn't even have to speak to the customer so customer service is apparently no longer a thing. Absolutely ridiculous. Useless humans doing as little as possible as a human.”

“I stay at a LOT of Marriott/Bonvoy properties, a great loyalty program and I always book through the app. Never have I been told that it was my responsibility to double check about a late checkout request at check in!! One would think the front desk would be paying attention to the reservation and confirm with the guest is welcomed. It worked out, but I didn’t appreciate the “it’s your fault” attitude when I inquired about the request the following morning. Nor did we appreciate the lawn mower at 6:30 on a Sunday morning. Other than that, the room was nice, spacious and well appointed, the complimentary breakfast serviceable, and the staff pleasant.”

“I am in the middle of a move. Unfortunately I had a problem that required several overnight stays. I needed some special assistance in making arrangements to provide funds to pay my bill. Julie the manager provided me with a list and I proceeded to make the information available. Once this list was satisfied Julie took care of my situation. The employees have been very professional and friendly. The rooms are simply and affordable. There is a nice pool to keep from overheating. Close by is a restaurant serving delicious selections for breakfast through dinner. I am happy to say it is fortunate my situation found me close to the Midway Budget Inn! There is an antique mall close by providing at least one attraction beyond the pool.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. The safe was broken and no one at the hotel was able to fix it. This is a problem if you travel with computers or tablets because the room is not secure. The internet worked well. The breakfast was good but the only protein was scrambled eggs.”
