Was told to come in April 16th to pick up some documents that needed to be mailed out by Alena who did my taxes. I drove there while I was working after 10am on the 16th as instructed by Alena to find them closed after speaking with them on the phone the 15th and being told the hours by Alena. I called the customer service number and they said this location should be open and they don’t know what’s going on. Great. Went back to work. Called again and no answer. Called again the 17th still no answer. You never have anyone’s actual phone number either just a bunch of robo call centers that take a lot of time to get through to nothing.
