I just want to say that I am very grateful for Sherie! This woman spent 3 hours with me going through all my documents that thankfully I had already emailed her. My tax documents are stolen out of my car and I had to do an amended return. This woman is a blessing. Sherie is absolutely amazing and I promise you she will do her best to make sure everything is taken care of and you end up with The greatest outcome possible when it comes to taxes!

Upon researching options for online tax return options I found H&R Block to quote $35-37 for basic tax filing and online sources revealed it was cheaper than turbo tax and a few other online platforms. I went ahead and submitted all my information, went through the process and accepted the tax return. Two days later I see I have two pulls pending from my checking account. One was for my taxes owed to the state and one was unknown so I contacted them for support but received no answer. I ended up calling them as I was sure I was being charged accidentally only to find out that apparently they paid themselves $164 just for doing a basic w-2. I told them what their quotes were online and how this was not what was mentioned when doing these taxes and they just said if I came in person I would’ve known and they aren’t sure what their online website claims. 0/10 will never trust these guys with my taxes
I’ve now paid out over $300 and am lower middle class so it all seems like a joke to me at this point.

My location in Missouri close to Columbia I do not recommend very unprofessional do not communicate effectively and it took almost 4 weeks to get my tax done. I was not notified that they were not going to do my taxes and I had to find somewhere else to go when they had my documents.

Turned in my tax information in February to be done, and was told it would be one price. I then proceeded to not hear from them for weeks and every time I called to ask on the progress they said a different person at a different location had my paperwork. Fast forward to May and still no progress. Finally someone tracks my paperwork down and calls to ask me how to do it. Then once they figure it all out they charged me double the original quoted rate. Will never be using them again for my personal or business.
