Not enough staff ever, some staff is so rude, scripts are never ready even when they are called in way in advance. Drive thru is never open, which is worse when you are sick or have sick kids and don’t want to go into the store spreading germs. Switched from West Broadway to them because it was closer to our location, but going back to the West Broadway Hy-Vee. Willing to drive the extra 15 minutes due to poor service. Really sad.

They need more help. This place is terrible the staff are trying to be customer focused but are overwhelmed while some are just not trained well and dont care. Drive through is never open, can not get through on the phone,always an issue with insurance, prescriptions never get filled in a timely manner. WHY isnt there something in the computer that shows every single month there is an issue a simple fix that bc theres nothing documented takes 10000 times longer. Just been months of a terrible experience. Arrived last last after waiting sinceFriday, was told they would be ready 3 priscriptions, once inside there was 1 that was actually on backorder and was not able to pickup staff said they would deliver today. Called to make sure it was being delivered and the they state they can not. Come on I've been using this pharmacy 8 years however I'm about to look elsewhere.

Can't fully judge this place with one interaction. But, my wife called earlier today and asked if they had a certain medication and she was told they did. The script went to them, I gave them a couple hours and drove 30min to go pick it up. Waited in line 20min just to be told they don't have it and it would need to ordered. That's interesting that you would lie to your customers. I guess can't expect too much more now days.

I have to request refill several times before they will fill my order. There is always a waiting line up to an hour at a time to pick up my medicine. Customer service is really bad.

The young woman pharmacy tech I spoke with on the phone last week was so incredibly rude, hands-down, the worst customer service I’ve ever received here. My daughter has active prescriptions on file, but instead the rude pharmacy tech that couldn’t be bothered to listen to me explain, decided to try to fill the one that had zero refills remaining and was from a completely different doctor. so when I went to pick it up, she said sorry the doctor said no which was quite confusing and I was unable to get my daughters prescription at all. This caused my daughter to be off of her medication for the entire weekend resulting in serious consequences for her mental health! I got online and pulled up our Hy-Vee account to find the three current active prescriptions with refills on file with no problems. I have now went here to pick up my daughters prescription eight times in the past week, all at different times of day. Every single time there has been more than 10 people waiting in line looking extremely miserable. I do not have time to spend an hour trying to pick up a prescription every month.

Two stars is being nice. What a very unorganized store. Oh wait, it is organized, to them but not when there are for example eggs located in separate places instead of all together (separate ends of the store). The same with oils, crackers, and a wide assortment of other items. Just an awful first experience when I cannot locate what I want. I spent a good hour and half there walking around. Ask for assistance, yes I did, and they were not sure either. I don't think I will be back. The only good thing about it was the nice barista at the coffee bar who works the morning shift and gets off at 1pm. She was very nice and helpful. So, thank you - you helped make my day better.

Although my daughter cake was beautiful as can I must say it was nasty I asked for light icing and as you can see we got a bunch more icing then cake the cake wasn't at all fresh I have ordered many cakes for them and they have been good but they did NOT do good at all with this cake and I spent over $60 and had to pay in advance since it was over $50 it was horrible I mean horrible

Conley Road Hy-Vee pharmacy provides an incredibly slow service with excruciatingly long wait times. Their phone line is consistently unanswered, leaving customers frustrated and unheard. Overall, Conley Road Hy-Vee pharmacy fails to deliver in terms of efficiency, customer service, and basic communication, making it a highly disappointing and unreliable option. Save yourself the aggravation and seek out a pharmacy that values its customers' time and prioritizes quality service.

This Hy-Vee pharmacy has proven mostly incompetent, and unwilling to provide excellent customer service without prompting. Rarely, if ever, will one get this pharmacy to answer the phone. Ironically, and to my utter dissatisfaction and frustration, the only time that they seem to answer phone calls is when I’m waiting in line in person because they wouldn’t answer my phone call! Through no fault of their own they tend to run out of my medication. However, through complete negligence and total lack of communication, when they don’t have my medication, they don’t offer to let me know about it with a courtesy call. Instead I have to show up in person only to be told that they don’t have it, and to compound the matter, I often have to wait in line to hear that! Additionally, there’s no offer from anyone to transfer the prescription to another Hy-Vee pharmacy that has it. I have to do that leg work myself. The facility is also below satisfactory standards: boxes piled up, pencil on the floor(I picked it up for them), dirty hand sanitizer station(see photos), and disorganized and dirty chairs to wait in(see photos). If all of that wasn’t enough to turn one away, there’s more! The drive-through window also seems permanently shut down, so one has to physically walk into the store every time. The only reason that they get 2 stars instead of one, is because they do have good prices, and although the customer service has been horrible, with prompting they will limp through assisting the customer.

Hyvee has a special price on Kansas City Chiefs shirts and merchandise. My daughter was getting KC Chiefs clothes when she found an NFL football balloon. We bought our food and breakfast strawberries. Then walked out. We realized that we had the football balloon in the parking lot and went back inside to return the balloon. The girl working at Hyvee paid for my daughter’s NFL balloon. As a gift, She was so kind and wonderful. My daughter bought the girl working a red flower and more strawberries for breakfast. Every employee was so kind. We always liked the Hyvee near Mizzou for the Market Grill Restaurant, beef brisket, and deli hot foods. Hyvee has the best team of employees. Award winning customer service. Hyvee is a boon to the community. We recommend that you shop at Hyvee whenever you have to make the best of your money, especially for their care for customers. Special thanks to the employee that bought the KC Chiefs NFL football balloon for my little girl. She deserved a dozen roses for the gift she gave my little girl. Thank you. Rebel’s Dad

Scheduled an appointment for a flu shot. Came in 5 minutes early. No one was checking anyone in. Eventually got checked in. Waited 30 minutes and not a single person waiting was called back for a shot. Never got a flu shot and just had to leave. Doesn't seem like this location is managed well.

My regular gas station. Granted he pulled it off of the grill while I watched but I just had an excellent Hamburger with all the trimmings at this unlikely restaurant. I've also had the pork tenderloin just lately and it too exceeded expectations

Each month I get a script filled that my insurance. provider will not cover. Every month the status of my script is not fillled because my insurance want pay. Why? note my account and let us save some time.
