“I had a great experience with my claim when my neighbor brought to my attention that my chimney top had been detached from the chimney. After getting on the ladder and looking at it I saw some other issues with shingles around it and so I decided to call Auto-Owners and ask them to come out and check out my problem. They found issues with my roof due to hail I had four or five weeks prior to this date and so the process started and they sent out an appraiser to appraise the amount of damage and he got that done within 3 days and then he shared the procedure with me on how to go about getting my roof fixed and how I would be given the money for the process in two different time periods to cover everything but my deductible. The agent also recommended a company because I had no idea who to use they got out there that day and looked at the roof and appraised it I guess and told me they would be there in 3 days and they would have my roof completed by 1:30 on the following Friday. They completed everything except for reattaching my gutter guards and it came back the following Tuesday and completed that and took any other trash that they didn't pick up previously and the whole process was completed. The agent who came out and appraised my roof was such a great help very professional and very courteous and I had a first-class experience and everything done in such a quick professional manner.”

“Small "garden" area that I'm sure is even better in the summer, but even in early Spring it was nice. Some of the trees and flowers were blooming, and the paths are nice for a quick, quiet stroll. There's also a small portion with a Vietnam Veterans Memorial. Again, undoubtedly much better in summer, but recommended 3/4 out of the year.”

“I have been a Plus Member of AAA Auto Club for 8 years & carried my vehicle insurance through them for roughly 5 through the Jefferson City, MO location. A few of the services they have provided for me over those years were changing tires; towing a vehicle 200 miles; unlocking my car when I've locked the keys inside; dispatching needed individuals when I was involved in a wreck, including the tow truck that pulled my truck out of a 40 ft embankment. All of these services were included free of charge under my membership, not to mention the ones that are covered that I haven't used yet. With a AAA membership you also receive discounts in other areas. A few I use on a regular basis are my oil changes at Jiffy Lube and on hotel rates. I would not go without it!”
