Usually has a high range of goods and my go to for shopping, but visited days leading up to Christmas and so many racks were simply empty and no effort to restock was apparent. Was hoping to make large purchase of clothing but unfortunately not much available…🤷🏼♂️

I was just here on a Saturday and the store is an absolute mess. There were empty shelves, items all over the floors, ripped open packages, racks in various states of disrepair, trash on the floors, sales items that were being put out just left in the middle of aisles, and items in the wrong places. I finally found what I needed only to be unable to find somewhere to check out. No registers open on the second floor at all, none near the mall entrance. Then at one register there were 5 employees, no smiles, and they were fighting with each other. I'm not sure what was happening, but it seems this location isn't doing well.

Nicer stuff and less crowded than Walmart, I grew up on J.C. Penny and other stores now long gone.

Made my selection went to check out mall entrance it was closed so I went to the jewelry counter they refused to check me out. So I just left my stuff sit and walked out. I guess JcPenney must be doing well enough to not need my business.

Hard to tell what items were on sale in the men’s sections, a lot of the signs either didn’t match what was on the table or some others that were completely disassembled. Thought I was going to be able to use my coupon for 30% off on my purchase only to be told nothing qualified. Would’ve been easier if the signage was more accurate. Also only saw two workers actually taking care of making items look presentable, and there was a group of at least five workers just hanging out at the customer service area talking. Disappointing.

If you want to shop there is very little inventory. Checking out is like playing hide and go seek. Typically there is one cashier in the whole building that avg 30 min per customer. Bye JCP your going out of business.

This place was shockingly filthy. The employees are nearly non-existent. And it was challenging to tell the difference between a shopper and an employee. I hadn't set foot in there in years and I think that was the move. Don't go in there. It's really sad.

They no longer carry Lee jeans and foundry tee shirts and they do not have much of a Selection on men’s jeans when it comes to finding the size. They were totally out of white Stafford T-shirts in a certain size. I like Ana jeans and they don’t have it in my size.

Good experience.. but they don't have a good selection of shoes in store.. I would recommend just ordering online before shopping in store

No wonder their stock price is $0.20: Placed online order for store pickup on Sunday about 10am, info showed all bath mats were in stock at the store. At 11:50, emailed they were processing my order, at 1:59 notified my order was ready for pickup and at 2:05, notified one of the bath mats was cancelled off my order. Tried calling the store to cancel the entire order (?what good are 2 when you need 3?) but no dept ever picked up phone & calling "0" for operator just rang multiple times then disconnected. About 2 yesterday afternoon, tried calling the store and EXACT thing happened! Called JCP Customer Service and was told "You can either go to the store, pickup your order & then return items or don't pick it up & after10 days store will cancel your order & credit your account." When I asked about receiving the bill before I'd picked up items, would I need to pay that bill and was told "Yes" EVEN THOUGH I'D NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS!!! I've been a JCP charge card holder since 1979 (have NEVER carried a balance, so they don't make any money off me that way) and a customer well before that but NOT ANYMORE. If they survive another year, it'll be a miracle...
