“Can’t say enough amazing things about Buchroeders Jewelers and specifically Seth! I just picked up my 3rd custom piece today and wow did they nail it! Seth was amazing to work with (as he always is) making the process seamless and enjoyable! He truly does care about his customers throughout the entire process and beyond! The ring is stunning and I couldn’t be happier. Also an extra shout out to Jesse who’s sized my new bands that went along with the custom ring in about an hour and he always takes care of my pieces and does a great job always in the care and maintenance of my jewelry! “Went into Betz Jewelers looking to build a custom engagement ring and personally had no knowledge on how the process worked or if what I wanted was even possible. Robert made it sound easy did an excellent job talking us through the process and where to start. Robert then worked extremely hard to find the unique stones I envisioned and made them a reality. I was given several options and the ability to see renderings before committing to the actual ring. Such an enjoyable, fun, and easy experience at Betz Jewelers. “This is THEE best crystal shop ive been to in a long time. The prices were beyond good deals. There were lots of pieces for under a $1, which is rare if not completely unheard of when shopping for crystals in town. The lady who was running the store was beyond kind and helpful. I have super bad anxiety and entering new places alone terrifies me, but the second I entered she asked if I had been there before and when I said no she explained how everything worked and made lovely conversation. I was instantly at ease which made looking around so much more pleasant. I look forward to hopefully becoming a regular customer and supporting this incredible buissness <3”
