“Came in with my wedding ring (family heirloom) which needed significant repairs after my dog got to it. The staff were extremely kind and were so accommodating to our budget, allowing us to get repairs done and prevent further damage while paying in installments. They never made us feel like an inconvenience and were visibly committed to helping us, even if it meant increased flexibility on their end. Cannot recommend enough!”
“I had only been to Bette’s Jewelry one other time with my daughter and son-in-law for a gift for her and I had kind of forgotten where it was. It was a little tricky to find but well worth the hunt. They rhodium plated my wedding ring and I love it and replaced a battery in a watch. Everyone was so friendly so helpful. Great experience will definitely be back.”

“I posted on Facebook to ask friends about recommendations for a custom jeweler in town. I was referred to KT by a fellow local business owner & everything was seamless from the my initial outreach in May. I had a large, loose ruby that I wanted to turn into a unique creation for my partner to commemorate their July birthday and our anniversary month. Kyle and his family were kind, clear, professional and personable during my first visit to dream up a masculine bracelet with my stone. The second visit to the store was favorable to select finishing touches to the vision with my partners input. He completed the project just in time for the special occasion date and stayed within my budget. 6 stars if I could give! Will definitely be giving them my referral and my business again in the future for any customizations! Attached photos of the bracelet in different lightings to show off!!”

This was a fun store to pop in and look. We came from Shakespeares and might have been a little tipsy only adding to the wonder of the store ?. Would be a neat place to get something for someone artsy or hard to buy for.”

“This is THEE best crystal shop ive been to in a long time. The prices were beyond good deals. There were lots of pieces for under a $1, which is rare if not completely unheard of when shopping for crystals in town. The lady who was running the store was beyond kind and helpful. I have super bad anxiety and entering new places alone terrifies me, but the second I entered she asked if I had been there before and when I said no she explained how everything worked and made lovely conversation. I was instantly at ease which made looking around so much more pleasant. I look forward to hopefully becoming a regular customer and supporting this incredible buissness <3”

“This shop is heaven! Everyone working there is so kind, friendly, and helpful: you feel deeply welcome as soon as you set foot in the door. The store is a wonderful place to browse: it’s beautifully laid out, and everywhere you turn, there are more lovely treasures to look at. I bought a deck, crystals, incense, and candles, all stunning and very reasonably priced (and that was just scratching the surface!): they also have lovely books, jewelry, and so much more. Everything is clearly curated with a lot of love and care. I’ve officially added HBS to my all-time favorite metaphysical shops--if you’re in Columbia, it’s a must-see!”

They've got a lot of plushes and it's always a super fun store to visit, even if you don't intend on buying anything. Definitely one of the best places to visit in the mall if you're a nerd or looking for a cute gift for a partner!”
