This store was such a pleasure to visit! We had lots of variety and the associate that helped us was so patient and friendly! I recommend visiting this store for all of your crafting needs and ask for Georgia! She’s too sweet! 5:5 stars

I recently visited this Joann Store and noticed a Singer C5980Q sewing machine on "sale" for $309.99 with a "was" price of $499.99. However, I discovered that this machine is $309.99 at other stores online. The sale price is fake and exaggerated. This store needs to stop misleading customers with false reference pricing.

I got exceptional and knowledgeable service from everyone that was working at the fabric cutting section around 4:45p on 12/10 and got even better service from the assistant manager who helped solve a small problem with my transaction today 12/11 from the day before. Everybody was kind and patient and I look forward to visiting this Joann’s again if I’m ever in Columbia, MO again.
