Lack of employees. The store was a disaster and very unorganized. Couldn't find any of the clothes that were on mannequins. Lacked sizes in all men's active clothing. Waited in line for over 30 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. 2 registers open and both had technical difficulties. The girl checking us out didn't remove any of the security tags so we got beeped at the door and had to go back in to have them removed. They still forgot one and we got home and found it. Live 2 hours away from kohls so now we have to make a special trip there to get it removed. There was nothing good about this experience. Several employees stood around doing nothing. Sephora was gross. Dirty, messy make up samples that looked like they were spreading bacteria everywhere. Not a single pleasant employee in the store.

I recognized an associate who has been in our store for a long time. Her name is Charlotte, my mother’s name by the way. Charlotte is so gracious, knowledgeable and so helpful. I will look for her from now on when in the store, Charlotte is so amazing!
She deserves recognition for all of her knowledge, skills, and her dedication to customer service.

Lady at the front door, asked me to sign up for Kohl's rewards. I stated I have a Kohl's card is that what you are talking about. She stated what is your phone number, I gave it to her, but she couldn't find me in the system. She said I would get 25% off with this Kohl's reward so I went with it. We went to the Sephora area to shop with my granddaughter only to find out I can't use it there its only for Kohl's. Okay so we went shopping in Kohl's bought my granddaughter an outfit. Got to the register and NO 25% off, I mentioned it to the lady, and she stated on that is only on selected items. NOT ONCE WAS I TOLD THIS AT THE BEGINNING. Both granddaughters were stressing out because of us being told we would get the 25% off TODAY but each time I went to a register I didn't get the 25% off. As we were leaving the lady at the door who signed me up for what I have no clue, asked if I got my 25% off and I stated NO. She then said Well you can shop online and still get it today. NO NO NO I fell for it once but not twice. I won't go back to Kohl's!!!! I don't like to be lied too, my granddaughters stated they will never shop there as well because they were stressing out at the register when I was told I don't get a discount at all after being told I would. Bad experience for all 3 of us.
