Been trying to close out an account for over three years for .83 cents. Today I get an over draft statement for 2.17. Call c service to say they can not close out an in active account. Seriously

I would give zero stars if it would let me. They don't even deserve the 1. I tried to get a buisness license and the old lady was very rude she sent me away twice and said she couldn't help me so I went to commerce and they not only got me a buisness but got me a personal also I wouldn't even wast your time going there

don't understand why you removed 24 hr ATM's. And i don't like the online running balance. Simmons no way matches up to what Landmark was in providing service.

So I had already tried 2 weeks before to create an account. I sent in all my info and waited. Then, the guy never got back to me. I then went to this branch and talked to them. They said of course they would help me get an account. Guess what. I waited another week and they didnt get back to me and when you call the number it goes to the national customer service and they couldnt get a hold of them either. I tried multiple times and every single time no one could get a hold of them. Eventually i went to the one on Nifong Blvd and they got it done with in 2 days! I have been waiting 3 weeks for them to get back to me! I had a check that was going to expire because i didnt have a checking account in columbia because i just moved here. I also needed a bank account before i could get a job and they made this whole process take way longer than necessary. Horriible service. Go to the one on Niflong Joan and Tanner are wonderful people!

So far the transition from Landmark Bank has been terrible. I can’t use the online banking to track my accounts, they won’t accept my password, won’t let me enroll because they say I have an account and when I go back the system somehow doesn’t recognize my information. When I tried to call I was put on hold for 20 minutes without speaking to a real person. The communication during the transition has not been clear at all. Landmark bank was a local bank and did a phenomenal job, but I can’t say the same of Simmons. Strongly considering switching to another more helpful, available and user friendly bank.

The customer service is horrible. Called the bank and spent 45minutes on the phone listening to repeated commercial talk no human. Still waiting. Thinking about leaving this bank and going else where. Never had this problem with Landmark Bank.

This has been my bank for literally my entire life. My grandmother started an account for me with $10 at 1 month old. I have done business with them from CD's to a home loan and have nothing but good to say about this financial institution.
