I was really pleased with my experience, have you seen the new banker Sanita? She brings the light in your day, takes care of you like you are family and genuinely cares about the people! I was impressed how she was walking me through benefits of the products of the bank but I didn’t feel pressured into getting enrolled however I git very well informed and had a chance to make the right decisions! These days banks just want to maximize on cross selling however Sanita really cared about not only her job but my business as well! Simmons is really lucky to have someone like her! Keep shining Sanita it was lovely meeting you and see you soon!

This will tell you all you need to know about banking here:Only one ATM open, which can't even accept cash deposit.I'd leave one star but the people left over from landmark are the only good thing about this branch.

Absolutely terrible service, and I’m shocked to see all of the hidden fees that suddenly popped up after being a member for the past 4 years. After asking to waiver of the fees they shrugged me off and told me it’s not their issue. Taking all my money elsewhere, avoid Simmons Bank at all costs.

Just a terrible all around service. Tried to give them time after they took over landmark but it’s just going downhill. Not customer friendly.

I had been trying for 3 weeks to get a hold of people and finish setting up my accounts from two different branches and they never got back to me. This branch however, was the last one i was going ti try and in less than 2 days i had my account done and my money in the bank. All the tellers were very nice and understanding! Tanner and Joan are wonderful people and made my day!

Onlyo oner dive through during this time of Covid crisis and their telephone support takes forever. The AM does not give receiptswwhen asked for one. This bank is unacceptable.

I read a one-star review and couldn't relate to it at all. We have banked at this branch for probably 25 years and customer service has ALWAYS been 5-STAR ! ! !

Poor customer service at this branch. I had questions about my account and requested to talk to a banker. Teller was very rude to me and refused to let me talk to a banker, all the while smirking and being all around snarky with me for no reason. I was even more than willing to wait or come back to speak with a banker. It was very odd, and I do not understand why I was treated with such disrespect. I will take my business elsewhere to a location that prides themselves in customer service.

Great service. The teller (Amy, I believe) went out of her way to provide excellent customer service. Had to add spouse to the a/c and it was a breeze. Total 180 at usbank location on forum which was very disappointing. Kudos to this branch and its tellers!
