I had to drop of an online return at this store this evening and the woman who helped me was so unbelievably nice and helpful. I have never been to this store before but I will definitely be back just based on that interaction, and how truly nice she was.

Loft is my favorite place to buy fashionable, affordable business casual clothes. At 56, it's hard to find age-appropriate fashion that isn't too frumpy!

I showed up to this store with the responsibility to sweep and run a floor scrubber over the tile. I did what was asked to do.Managers were on track I felt their authority.

I just had THE BEST experience at this location. I was shopping there last Sunday on a tax free holiday and they were really busy and one of my items was accidentally entered into the register wrong. (It had a final sale sticker that wasn't covering the other sale sticker.) I normally catch those things but because the sale was 50% off everything, I just didn't pay attention. When I got home I loved my purchase so much that I went online and purchased another pair of the same shorts in a smaller size. (I'm loosing weight and want to wear them next summer!) That's when I realized I didn't get the full discount. I live an hour away so I dreaded calling the store because I didn't want to hear "You have to come in"...to my delight they were very professional and accommodating and made the transaction right over the phone. Thank you Kaitlin! (Hope I'm spelling your name right!)

I absolutely LOVE shopping at this Loft location. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Columbia isn't known for its shopping so I want to give this store some love because it is the exception! It is the only place I shop at in town. I am always welcomed with a smile when I walk in and the sales associates always provide just the right amount of help based on what I am looking for at the time. Things always seem to be organized and well stocked--nothing worse than a messy store where everything is out of place! I can't say enough good things about this Loft. I'll be back soon... probably this weekend!

No hello at door nor when checking out. Associates walk by dressing room with out speaking to you. You can have an entire shopping experience here without speaking a word.
